    Good Experience, if a bit expensive.I completed an online questionnaire, got the blood test kit and once results came back I scheduled an online consultation with a nurse practitioner who prescribed my meds. It all seemed pretty straightforward to me and I now receive my meds regularly without any issues. The $99 monthly membership charge is a little annoying.

    Very expensive with no result. There is no communication I was supposed to be called when my test results were completed for an appointment to discuss and never got that call the treatment did nothing for me

    Male Excel is a slick marketing paper Tiger. The preceding reviews were successful interactions compared to mine. I PAYED the costs, filled out the medical history even got the well made test kit. I sent it off. Impressed.The stall is all you have to do is fill out the medical history. Hmm?! They aren't suppose to send kits absent a history. Life has shown, lose you once lose you twice.

    This company is horrible. **** prescribed my husband ************ without further tests. My husband turned into someone I didnt recognize and within months he was a raging jerk and moved out 3 times, called his attorney, turned completely against me. I finally realized it was the ************ and told him to go to his real dr. **** prescribed him ************ even though his levels were 500 and had him in an extreme dosage that took him above 1000. ***** ON THIS COMPANY PROFITING IN THIS WAY. thankfully my husbands levels have returned to normal and I can recognize him again.

    These people are crooks!! Canceled my account after having adverse reactions to their meds!! Turns out even though I canceled six months ago, they have still been billing my credit card for $80 a month and now they only want to refund me two months of that this place is a scam. They are crooks. Lucky if they dont kill you.

    These guys are super-attentive when you're becoming their customer, then promptly ghost you. They charge a $120/month "membership" fee so you can access their medical team. Well, good luck reaching that team and good luck with any form of communication with them.

    Of If I could give a zero I would. They scam people for their first treatment then cancel the appointment and dont offer another for months doe the line. Its a total SCAM

    Changed my credit card info because I read about overbilling. Sure enough when I asked them why they tried to bill me again they said I owe 99 dollars for monthly membership fees. Hasn't even been a month and hasnt even been long enough to receive my lab results yet.

    I sent them the money , got my kit . Sent it back. Then I set up an appointment and they have cancelled on me 4 times .. they never set up the first consultation

    Product is fine, but horrible service and customer experience. You are charged different amounts on alternating months, but are never given a receipt for the charges and have no access to billing records (logging into your account, all you get is the ability to change the card on file). I was double billed for almost a full year before I called to ask about all the various charges and quickly figured out they were charging me twice for everything. A simple billing receipt with a breakdown of charges, or basic billing records in the online account, would have immediately solved this. What's insane is that after going through all that and getting them to refund 8 months worth extra charges, they CONTINUED to double bill me. Took more phone calls to get another 3 months worth of charges back. In the end I called to ask to cancel the thyroid meds, since I din't feel they were beneficial, and were just an extra expense. Support person said this would not be an issue, but a nurse practitioner (*****) called back shortly after that, and after asking me a couple of brief questions, she then sent me a text saying that Male Excel wasn't a good fit for me and cancelled my membership. What??? From customer experience, to level of service, to price, Male Excel is pretty awful. Would not recommend.
