Paint splatters were evident throughout the exterior of my home, including on window *****, the sides of the house, and various other surfaces. The result was a sloppy and unprofessional appearance.Damage to Property: In addition to the poor paint job, the crew also caused damage to my property. My umbrella on the deck was marred with paint splatters, and my small BBQ grill was pushed and subsequently broken during the course of their work.Uncooperative Response: I attempted to resolve the issues by reaching out to the company several times to request an evaluation and rectification of the situation. I made it clear that I was not seeking a refund but only wanted satisfaction for the work I had paid for. Unfortunately, I encountered a lack of cooperation and responsiveness from the company.Denial of Responsibility: To my disbelief, when the company eventually sent someone out to evaluate the work, it turned out to be the very individuals who had performed the substandard work.
