Cabin with wood siding in remote area needed to be painted & RS salesman researched it first before advising us whether it could be done. Some wood rot needed to be replaced, but other than that, we could proceed if we wished to do so. A color was selected & a water truck was needed to pressure wash the wood siding before painting, as we have no water on site. The whole process from start to finish took three days. ************* leader were very professional at all times and attention to details were paramount during the whole process. Looks great and we feel confident that the previous exterior work that was done on the cabin before the painting will be preserved as it needs to be in this type of environment. Thanks for making this happen, even though it was in a remote location.

Rhino shield was an absolutely amazing experience. From working with the owner, to the project manager and their team that came out to the house, absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Rhino Shield of ********* through *****. The best! They were so precise, their team alleviated any concerns that I had when they came out. Anything that was of concern, they dealt with it and made sure after they fixed it, that I was happy with it. I had an older home, so my concerns and fixes were more about my house being able to handle their cleaning and the process, not anything that they did during the process. Beside being professional, they were extremely personable and I really enjoyed getting to know them. Not only do I recommend ***** to everyone I meet, I plan to work with them in the future on any home I move to. The warranty is great, but my home looks brand new. I can't say enough great things about Rhino Shield of *********, their team, and everyone involved in their process. I wouldn't call anyone else.Rhino Shield of North Carolina

This is a dishonest company. I specifically said I needed time to get Architechtural Review Committe Approval (ARC) in my community.R.S. completely disregarded this, even after I told them I would not sign their contract unless they gave me time to get approval.They, RS, purposely started on my home to fix some shingles, caulk, etc. But after the first full day, said, ' We need on additional day to prep your home. 'But *you* must give ** your paint color choice now!' They completely 'threw me under the bus', insisting I provide a paint color after I told them I could not do that until I had it approved.I chose a very ***** color, similar to the color my house already was (approved 3 times before). There were also other homes in my developement w/a similar (if not exact) color.My ARC said even white would not be accepted because it was 'not approved'. So I had to have my home REPAINTED after the ARC approved my color submission.This was totally caused by RS (I learned) since they were relocating their ******* crew into **** & needed a job to attach the expense to. R.S. didn't care that I was in trouble with my ARC because they did NOT honor their promise to **** would not recommend ******** view them as a dishonest company that can not be trusted.Rhino Shield of North Carolina

Everything went well from the salesperson to *****************. My home looks fantastic. The crew showed up on time, worked hard and were professional. It took 4 days to complete. I highly recommend.Rhino Shield of North Carolina

For such a big project it was a great experience. The painters were friendly and knowledgably. The estimator was very professional, knowledgeable & recommended only what we needed.The crew leader was the most polite and efficient of any past work crews and his men worked like it was their own house.
