    Unfortunately after having my two dogs groomed there for seven years, (never been anywhere else). Ms. ***** was injured and ***** began grooming them. She did an amazing job, however, due to a lack of communication, they left for the day with my dogs in cages unattended, in an unlocked salon with the lights off. I reached out to the manager ****** the following day (they know me well as I spend over $250 a month there *************** bills) and he was extremely unapologetic. In addition, today I was advised that they have blocked me from using the ********* location, as I tried to make an appointment today and was willing to drive the seven miles to continue to shop local.I will be using Chewy from now on. its a real shame that they saw nothing wrong with leaving my pets unlocked and unattended in the dark.
