      I was at the ****** location on 8/14. I am a Veteran who has been coming here to donate off and on for years the wait time just to get to the bed was 3 hours, totally understaffed for the amount of people waiting and even the staff are being purposely slow taking ***** minutes to hookup people once they are on the bed. You have one whole side with no donors and empty beds and empty beds on the other side with two staff to attend to over *************************************************************************** the face and said I can leave, I was like excuse me? I've been waiting here 3 hours and she walked away to get her manager. The manager asked me if I had a question and I told her I didn't ask for her she started going on how I was being combative and I said no I wasn't, I didn't swear or anything frustration is all and I was just voicing my concerns as there are plenty of beds open and to wait as an express donor for 3 hours was unacceptable some of us have jobs. She said well you can donate if you want or you can leave I said I will donate and not waste 3 hours of my time and she kept on pressing me aka bullying until I said that's it I will just reach out to corporate. This was pure bullying tactic by staff and management aka district manager. I've seen them do this same bullying tactic before when someone expressed their frustration. It's is a pure bullying get people with a voice silenced. I contacted support to lodge a complaint and was told someone would reach out to me within ***** hours yes someone called alright the same place where I lodged the complaint about instead of corporate and they let my line ring once and hung up because they know what they did was wrong. I am not in the business of wasting 3 hours of my time just to be bullied out and walking away with nothing, to top it off they have now bared me from coming back because of the complaint which is illegal and retaliatory in nature.

      i tried to donate there and i tried to give some plasma and i left my florida id and i went there today 09/12/2025 and i ask one of the nursed did they find my id and she said my name didnt match either one of them i remember coming there and and leaving and i dont have money to get a new one and i would like to see if Octapharma Plasma at least help me find or rembruse me for it

      After checking with our team, we were unable to locate any ID that matches your name. While we strive to create a safe and secure environment for all donors, we apologize; however, we do not reimburse for lost and/or stolen personal items, including identification cards.
      We recommend checking with your local Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) for options on obtaining a replacement ID. Some locations may offer reduced fees or assistance based on individual circumstances.

      On 7/29 I went to Octapharma plasma ****** location and have not been paid the $50 I am owed for referring ***** ********. Two employees looked at the referral code and one pulled my name up in the system to show the referred person if it was my account. I received ************************** rewards points in the app but even though the person I referred donated 3 times I did not receive the $50 I was promised. I believe its possibly a fraudulent way for the company to save money, they don't pay out what they promise.

      Hello,

      Due to changes in reporting structure, we were unable to respond in the original timeframe given. Upon review and conversation with the management team it was found that Mr. ****** ******** did in fact refer another donor as stated. During registration of a referred donor, it is required to produce a QR code produced by the referee. Due to an IT issue this QR code was unable to be scanned at that time which caused a delay in finding the information to verify this referral. Mr. ******** has been funded the full amount of the referral fee.

      They asked me to leave after not returning my blood. I didn't expect not to get compensated.

      Octapharma Plasma deferred me permanently due to an allergy to adhesives. I was able to donate despite the center having previously known about my allergic reaction to adhesive. After all these years, I was suddenly deferred.

      Ms. ******* previously indicated to Octapharma that she had a sensitivity to adhesives.  As such, this notation is added to a donor's file so that all attending to this donor will be aware of this.   In these situations, Octapharma utilizes hypoallergenic tape to secure gauze at a donor's venipuncture site and needle tubing associated with a donation.  On a recent visit to our ************, Ms. ******* was being attended to by one of our Medical Professionals who, saw the note on Ms. ********* file that she was allergic to adhesives.  Ms. ******* was questioned about the allergy, and she confirmed that she was in fact allergic to adhesives.  At this point the Medical Professional, indicated that hypoallergenic tape needed to be used.  To which Ms. ******* indicated that Octapharma did not need to go to any trouble to get the hypoallergenic tape because she was allergic to that tape as well.  The Medical Professional made note of this and added it to Ms. ********* record.  **************** presented to donate again, she was informed that because she had indicated on her previous visit that she was allergic to both forms of tape used by Octapharma, she would not be able to donate with Octapharma any longer.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have been donating for a long time now. Octapharma has been using all forms of tape which has been removed upon donation completion. I did provide a note from my doctor which stated as long as the tape is removed, the process of donating is acceptable. Why after all this time using the tape would I now be deferred? It doesn't make sense. Nothing has happened to me while donating using either tape. I should still be able to donate as long as the tape is being removed.

      I donated in ***** on June 23, 2025. The donor bonus was supposed to be 75, 125, and 65 and so on. First donation went smoothly and I got ****************************************** incorrectly and I only received 5 dollars. I came in and made a successful donation and was expecting to receive 125 dollars. But I only received 65 for a third donation and was told I was forced to forfeit the second donation money since it was unsuccessful. I called the staff and they werent willing to adjust my pay. I dont think I should be forced to forfeit the ******************************************************************************* right. Its not even my fault.

      6/10/2025 center won't open on time as the store states, had customers waiting outside with no information on the situation. Many people came and left due to no one answering questions at the center.

      I would like to file a complaint I was stuck by somebody not certified as a phlebotomist, the inserted than re inserted the butterfly needle 4 different times, created air in the line missed site on both arms, I'm in pain I'm hurt and would like to see action took whether it's firing then or closing the **************************************

      Good afternoon, upon watching the video the donor was stuck 3 times their initial stick and two resticks. Were only allowed to stick a donor 3 times per our SOP the donor was also giving a cold compress, and a brochure explain how to treat her arm if it starts to bruise.   The phlebotomist is a certified phlebotomist she has been with the company for 8 months and knows the procedure. I ****** spoke with donor upon leaving and explain to her that we are not allowed to stick a donor 3 times.   Donor stated that she was fine and understood and left. The sticks consist of 2 sticks to continue, and 3rd stick to return the donor her blood back and then end the procedure.

      I want it noted that I have prayerfully considered NOT filing this complaint, but for the good of other people, it needs to be done.I am not deferred, but I do feel threatened by the attitude of ****** at ************************************************************************ Donation ********** mind you, I do fear retaliation for filing this complaint.She has not deferred me, but her Attitude is not representative of OPI.She transferred over from a different centre a few months ago, her workload is 6 machines on each side.She seriously acts like she hates being there, and dealing with donors.F Ex: multiple times I have asked her after my donation is finished "Can I please snap the line shut?" So it doesn't fill up with blood.Every time, she lets the line fill up with my blood, her hateful attitude aside...I want a peaceable and calm resolution to this complaint. She acts like having a job in the State with the 2nd highest employment rate in the country is entitled to her, while I multiple donors I know are SCARED AS H*** of her attitude.Ideally, she'd be moved to the back, the Octalab, where she doesn't infect people with her deep freeze.There's no reason why a pleb should not snap the line shut As Soon *As Possible* when finishing a donation.She transferred from the ******* (********) facility and I don't know why.But I do believe all bans she has issued need to be reviewed, and a few apology phone calls issued to those donors.The floor should be worked by people who are representative of the company, and not people who are raining fire around them and infecting everyone else.Again, I would like it noted that I do fear retaliation for this complaint.I am a donor for going on 8 years. I would like to continue this for another 8 years.But I do feel threatened by the way this employee makes my donation experience go.

      1-31-25& 2-1-25,$395.01, not reimbursed back to Octapharma Fintwist debit card account, that was (fraudulently stolen)!!!,& approved disputed Charges, that has not entirely return to my debit card account!!! To this day of (4-15-25)
