    I had a consultation giving specific details of what I wanted and what I did not want. Provider did not follow any of the directions I gave during consultation instead, doing just the opposite. My eyebrows are now lopsided and have blotches at each end. He crated arches which was the number one thing I DID not want. He did not map my eyebrows as other professionals so he would know exactly what I wanted. He did not use a mirror even once, to see if I liked what he was doing. He performed entire procedure upside down, not circling around me to take advantage of different angles He did not use a mirror to periodically show me what he was doing so I could see if he was in the right track or not. Towards the end of the procedure I asked him how he had gotten so confident about being good at microblading as he presented himself to be, he said he did not deal with picky people . This is when I stated to get concerned! The process was excruciatingly painful. I have texts I exchanged during the breaks in the process where I texted a friend to tell her how excruciatingly painful it was and she was surprised. She and 2 other friends had had the same procedure done and they reported minimal discomfort and 2 of them actually fell sleep during the procedure. During consultation, he said pain would be minimal I suggested 2 options to resolve this issue: Go back for my follow up but have someone else do the follow up and allow me to use a mirror as well as have them laser off the tattoo he did which created the ****** did not want Not going back for follow up, and the business would schedule someone else and make money so they could refund $200 of my $300 back They did not agree to my options and would not refund my money. I have all the texts that will substantiate what Im writing. Also important to note: I think this is a one man business, and he charges for others to use this space where other procedures are performed. His name is ******
