Again today, 11/21/21 Non working equipment, usually the Versa spray booth I will not recommend this place to anyone until these issues are resolved. There have been at least 7 times I have been in when equipment was not working. I pay the highest rate for services yet services are unpredictable due to equipment being out of service. The Versa tan works best for me and I don't have to pay the upcharge to use the Mystic Tan which is a poor choice for sunless tanning. The Mystic Tan is poor choice for adding color UNLESS you are willing to pay the extra $5+ surcharge, they push the surcharge and unless you purchase you don't get what you would expect.. I have asked the manager for a complimentary upgrade to the Mystic tan when Versa is not not working. He a;ways says "NO". This management's contribution to customer service is very poor. The staff are great at customer service, it the management and maintenance that are issues. The manager should have the authority to resolve customer issues like this yet he won't. If I was manager, and I do own a business, I would offer a complementary upgrade when equipment is out of service, It doesn't happen at this Palm Beach location. Very poor management skills, This location is closest to me, would like to continue to use, at this time I am an unhappy customer because of equipment maintenance and the the manager
