September 19, 2024 I currently live in ************** and pay for a parking space. I was only given one parking tag. I parked one my other cars in the spot I pay for and it was towed. Mind you it the spot I pay for. I've come home on several occasions and someone is in my spot. I call them and it takes hours for them to send a tow truck to move them.... what a joke and they have the nerve to charge me for parking in my own spot. For all the apartments communities that use this company please find another company. I just purchased this car and didn't have time to update them because the office was closed by the time I got off work. What a shame. This company just wants money. I'll bet you within the next few weeks someone will be in my spot and it will take them hours to get here. Trust the reviews they're not lying. I will be reaching out to channel 9 news with this one.

The parking tag must be in whichever car you park in the spot. If you let your friend park there, you'd need to give them the tag to hang. We are following the rules of the apartment community. We respond to calls to remove a car in a spot as quickly as we can.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: They are not telling the truth. I didn't call the night of thr 20th. The car was parked in my spot about 40 minutes before it was towed. They must have been patrolling that night. Like I said someone is always in the spot that I pay for, and it takes hours for the to come move it. Not to mention everyone at that office is very rude. I would never recommend this company.Business response

I honestly have no response to the rebuttal, as I stated everything the first time. The hang tag must be displayed on any car parked in the spot. It wasn't displayed and the vehicle was towed. Again, we are doing the job per apartment management rules.
