      *********** towed my vehicle over the weekend without any notice of intent to tow office was closed over the weekend and do no give out passes after hours and charged 400 dollars

      Vehicle was parked on residental parking without a parking permit. I would recommend parking in visitors or contacting the office for permit if you are a resident. Private Property Tow.

      The office was closed to offer parking passes during weekends and no are is labeled visitor no note was left with the required 48 hour notice of intent to tow

      My family member car was towed from my apartment complex. The stated reason was I was parked illegally but was in a parking spot plus I have a partially disabled veteran tag on my car. I woke up the next morning my car is gone and now they stated I owe them $350. This is a big scam and something needs to be done about this company

      This vehicle was illegally parked on the street, and was not in a parking space. We have spoken to the gentlemen that called here this morning and explained to him the details and he refuse to understand. We are enforcing the parking policies of the private property. Regarding the fees, the impound fee is 275, and the Dollies fee is 75. The reason we had to use dollies, is so that we didnt do any damage to the vehicle and could tow it safely given the circumstances.

      This towing company towed my vehicle because of alleged vehicle tags was expired. I purchased my registration renewal on 01-17-2024. My vehicle was towed 01-20-2024. I was told N style towing process to discovering if your vehicle is out of date is by physically looking at the license plate tags. But they dont have no specific database to access further information on whether or not the vehicle **************,etc is expired. They also have no handbook/policy referring to how they operate their business.

      Birch Townhomes passed out Stickers for residents with properly registered vehicles for Tenants of the complex. We were told ALL cars WITHOUT this Parking Sticker would be towed. The parking lot in front of my apartment is 80 % filled with Illegally parked cars with NO STICKERS and yet they have NEVER been TOWED and because of all these NON TOWED cars taking up all the spaces there is NO PARKING SPACES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PARKING STICKERS. So one day we had to parking on the roadside ( with our sticker in plain sight ) and we got towed but NONE OF THE CARS IN NONCOMPLIANCE with the rules ARE NEVER TOWED. THIS COMPANY SEEMS TO ONLY PREY ON THOSE WHO THE COMPANY KNOWS WHO WILL PAY AND PURPOSE IGNORES THE 80% OF THE CARS THAT ARE ILLEGALLY PARKED

      They illegally towed my vehicle along with my neighbors after collecting money to put it back down

This neighborhood is governed by a HOA and in their covenant it states all vehicles must be Displaying up to date license plates and we are contracted to tow any vehicles Displaying Expired Tags so we are just doing the job we were hired to do that's all thank you hope this answers all your questions.       This tow company is price gouging! They charge 400$ to release a car that was towed not even 8 hours ago. They said the vehicle had to be put on dollys to justify the price *****. However working as a dispatcher dollys added only incur an additional 20$ If it canning be reduced I will be goin to the local news reporter.

      November 11th 2023 I was having cramps I was 31 weeks pregnant so I decided to go to the hospital at that time my baby was still moving. Once I got outside I realized my car was gone so I had to go get it. By the time I got my car my cramping got more intense and by the time I arrived at hospital they told me my babys gear wasnt beating anymore and there was nothing they could do. If I just had those extra minutes my baby would still be here. They charged me $350 without a notice for towing my car. They did this two more times once on December 11th and on February 17th of 2024 they dont give you a notice or anything the just tow your car. Theres no sights in the neighborhood either.

      This towing company tows in my neighborhood. They are price gauging people. I purchased a new car in July after my ******* was stolen from my apartment complex in June. Ive been in two car accidents since July and Ive been in a rental since then. I just got my car back on yesterday and I hadnt put my registration sticker on my tag yet since my car had a been in the shop. My car was towed last night. They are asking $400 to get my car back and I cant get my car until tomorrow because they closed at 12.

      It was pouring rain so I parked in the handicap so I could run up to the third floor as I was getting ready to leave I heard my alarm ** from NStyle towing was hooking up my car so I ran downstairs and jumped in before he lifted it. I refused to get out & told him he could call the police which he did when they came they tried to get him to just drop it because I was in it before he lifted it or at least drop the price he wanted money so bad that he refused and because he was said he lifted before I got in the officer said it was a civil case and I would have to take him to court which is what I am going to do it's right after Christmas and I don't have 350 to give him for nothing especially since rent is going to be due. ** did not have my car lifted he lifted it after he realized that I was not getting out and I should not had to pay 350 even the officer said it but because he said it was lifted and I said it wasn't it's a civil matter I promise you it was not lifted because I didn't jump in my car I sat in it and then ** realized I was not getting out so he lifted it he really wanted to make some money by lying I want my money back he didn't even have receipts what kind of business don't give receipts I had to borrow the money and now I have to pay them back

THE DRIVER SPOTTED THE SILVER ** JETTA FIRST PARKED IN HANDICAP WITHOUT A HANDICAP HANDER OR TAGS BUT HE DIDN'T *** IT RIGHT AWAY HE CONTINUED PARTOLING THE PROPERTY LOOKING FOR OTHER VEHICLES AS WELL. AFTER ABOUT 20 TO ********************************************************************************************** THE DRIVER THEN GOT OUT AND TOOK PICS OF THE VEHICLE AND PUT HIS HAND ON THE **** TO SEE IF IT WAS HOT OR COLD IT WAS COLD HE THEN PROCEEDED TO HOOK THE VEHICLE UP AND PULL IT OUT OF THE ***** TO GET TO THE ***** WHEELS BECAUSE THE VEHICLE IS A ***** WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE AND HAS TO BE ***ED FROM THE *****. THE ***** WHEN OFF WHILE HE WAS DOING THAT. ONCE SHE DID THAT HE PUT A STRAP ON THE VEHICLE AND RASIE THE LIFT ALL THE WAY UP, BECAUSE LIKE TRYING TO DRIVE THEIR VEHICLES OFF THE LIFT. HE KNOCK ON THE WINDOW AND ASKED HER WAS SHE GOING TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE. SHE STATED NO DUE TO HER NOT HAVING ANY MONEY TO RETRIEVE THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER TOLD HER HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE. THE POLICE CAME OUT AND TOLD HER SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE *** OR GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE BECAUSE THIS WAS A CIVIL MATTER.       They towed my vehicle from my apartment complex I went to pay them to retrieve my car an they damaged it so much that they wont release it to me an took my money an wont give me a refund. Says that they need to tow it to their mechanic to fix it

      N Style Towing yes we towed *********************** vehicle that was in violation of her apartments parking rules and regulations so the towing was valid in that process her vehicle was damaged and we expected responsibility for the damages and also got her a rental car so she can get back and forth until her vehicle is repair at our expense unfortunately accidents do happen and we are taking care of it there are Tow companies out here that wouldn't do that. The fee for towing is still valid. I hope this resolve this issue ty **************************
