      This mfs are scammers. Just finding any reason to tow cars. And they target certain cars and people. A bunch of scamm artists just like gotcha towing

      The person who runs this company is not professional, the price gauge for towing your vehicle and they treat you like a criminal this company has no customer service and their workers are unprofessional make sure to stay away from this company.

      On September 2, 2024, I woke up to discover that my Dodge Challenger had been towed from the apartment complex. Following a call to the police, I was provided with the contact information for N Style Towing and Recovery located at *********************************** ). Although the apartment management claimed that towing is a rare occurrence, another resident suggested a bias in the towing company's practice of targeting high-end vehicles. Upon contacting the towing company, I was initially quoted a fee of $325.00, yet upon arrival, I was requested to pay $425.00 without any alternative means of payment. Compounded by the requirement to present proof of registration, despite my registration card being inside the vehicle, it became apparent that the towing agency imposes a maximum of 20 percent convenience fee and levies additional charges for sports cars. This situation warrants an investigation into the towing agency's alleged overcharging and targeting of luxury/sports vehicles.

      This company is a complete scam. They just tow people cars because of the type of the car and want you to pay a ridiculous price to retrieve your car. THEN an extra $35 bucks if you dont have cash. They need to take peoples hard earned money to keep the raggedy property afloat. Will wait til Sunday late nights to tow people cars. The police even was shocked because he said they dont even pull people over no more for registrations. Completely a ********** with money hungry employees.

      They charging over the amount targeting the same cars cost 10% for credit card under 500$ and 20% over 500$ towing. Claiming they cant see handicap stickers in people cars if they windows are tinted in the low income people cars its a scam and has been reported repeatedly to the news

      This company came and tow my car without any notices are warning. They literally drove around in my apartment complex and started towing cars. I spoke with my complex manager who stated they should have not taken any vehicles as they have not send out parking passes yet. These people at this company are crooks. The guy I spoke to was very unprofessional and rude. This company seriously needs to be stopped. The BBB needs to look into this company immediately as they are scamming people out of money.

      To the BBB there is no information for us to verity if we even towed this persons vehicle, All of our impounded vehicles are towed under contract so we don't know what this person is talking about thank you if you have any other information that can help us to better address this customers review.
