              I placed an online order with this company on September 28, 2023. I received the tracking number on October 4,2023. On the morning of October 10, 2023 I sent an email requesting a refund because I still hadnt received my order. She didnt respond so I sent a message on Instagram requesting a refund with proof of my order number. She responded and asked for my name and asked what items did I order. Instead of issuing a refund she ignored me and on October 16, 2023 I received my order but it looked nothing like what was on the website. Nothing was labeled and it smelled of chemicals. Im absolutely afraid to consume this, *** tried asking for a refund but she refused to comply by ignoring me.

              I received 1 shipment of product and was happy with the results but the company stopped responding about a second shipment and the product was never received. I contacted the merchant 9/13 to pay for reship of product as apartment number had been left off. ******** responded stating product shipped. I followed up 9/20 asking for tracking. ******** responded tracking was sent via photo and I let her know I did not receive it. Merchant stated they would check. I followed up 9/27, merchant asked what was the issue and stopped responding. I followed up 10/2 and 10/10 with no response from merchant.
