      I have been using this product in and off for years!!!!! My last order took almost a month to come. I emailed constantly with no response. Then one day it came out the blue. I reluctantly ordered again but really love the product. This time I never received the product only a shipping label. This business has been one a scam. Donor order from them. Their product is not cheap. Stay away.

      I placed an online order with this company on June 20th 2024. I received the tracking number on June 24th 2024. On June 28th I sent an email requesting an update of my order. She didnt respond so I sent another email on June 29th. Ignored. I sent messages on Instagram requesting an update on my order. All Ignored. I paid $101 total for 15 pills and today is July 4th and I have heard nothing and received nothing.

      I received 1 shipment of product and was happy with the results but the company stopped responding about a second shipment and the product was never received. I contacted the merchant 9/13 to pay for reship of product as apartment number had been left off. ******** responded stating product shipped. I followed up 9/20 asking for tracking. ******** responded tracking was sent via photo and I let her know I did not receive it. Merchant stated they would check. I followed up 9/27, merchant asked what was the issue and stopped responding. I followed up 10/2 and 10/10 with no response from merchant.

      I agree with everything everyone is saying. The owner is rude, I placed two orders in August of 2023, and to this date, 11/2/23 no refund no nothing when I reached out on social media, I got blocked and none of my emails were returned... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY... SHE ACTS LIKE SHE HAS THE PRODUCT IN STOCK AND TAKES YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND. I ordered from her previously a few times, and never received the lack of communication or level of unprofessionalism, and to top it off never got my product or money back. Very slack business owner. I give it a rating of no stars...

      I had been following them on social media for a while and finally decided to give them a try, but I now regret it. I placed an order for a 7 day bodytox . I received confirmation that my order had been placed. After 3 weeks I noticed that I had not received any shipping information so I reached out to customer service via email as directed on their website. I got no response so I reached out to their social media page. They told me that they werent able to ship my product due to my address and that I had to provide another. After I provided them with another address they sent me a shipping confirmation that was blank. So I reached back out , the person thats in charge of their social media was extremely rude and refused to offer me any type of shipping information until I stated that Id be disputing the charges with my bank. She then told me that my package was going to arrive the next day so I asked for proof, she advised me that she was not at her computer so she didnt have the information handy. Im all about small business but not when they are ran like this. Be spend your money else where.

      I have ordered from this company once before and I got my package in a timely manner. I ordered again in the begging of June and it's now September and still don't have a package. I have emailed them twice no response so I messaged them on their social media account and finally got a response. The owner is very rude and will not give me back my money. He or she told me that I don't have to have it back. That is not how you do good buisness. Someone needs to shut this buisness down.

      I've purchased from this company over 5 (probably **** lost count) times in the last 12 months. The Owner/Agent (I'm guessing... let's just say Administrator...) was and is extremely responsive. Even responding to questions and concerns outside of normal business hours stated. There was a packaging issue for the first time ever... Where a cute but inefficient bottle type was used. I was still able to use the products sent but reported the incident as an FYI. This is why often times... how you present a concern and say a thing is important. I know the quality I'd experienced historically so my report was simply for feedback. Not attacking/rude/abrasive in nature. Not only did the Administrator hear and respond to my concerns... but replaced the entire order, even the portion that was perfectly in tact. I didn't ask for her (I think the Administrator is a her... my apologies if not.) to do this. I actually insisted she didn't have to, but the integrity and level of excellence speaks for itself. I don't just report when things are challenging or opportunities for improvement but also when things are GREAT! Last week, for the first time ever I received a flavor I hadn't tried yet. It was the smoothest and easy to digest as far as taste goes. I thought it was like a coconut. She responded to my message with appreciation and letting me know it's their Pia Colada flavor... That it's not issued often/hard to come by. I appreciated that. The promotions are excellent and I'm truly grateful. For those with a less than ideal experience, I would strongly suggest they consider their method of approaching. You always catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

      The first time I ordered from this company back in March 2022, I had no problems getting my product within a week. I ordered again this time on June 3rd 2022 for 4 bottles of the detox cleanse and received an email stating a shipping label was created on June 3rd **** awaiting item. The email also stated my order was shipped via **** priority mail on June 6, 2022. It is now June 28th and I still have not received my order. I emailed the company on their website and sent an email to their email address on June 21st 2022 with no response. Today is June 28th and yet I still do not have my order that I PAID FOR ALREADY. I just called the phone number that is listed here on BBB page for this company and the guy that answered said it wasn't Ubtox. How can a company not have a phone number so customers can call for incidents like this. it does not take a month to receive a product from **************. Either give me my product or give me my money back.

      Very Very Disappointing with how and whom runs this business. Poor communication in turn around after buying product only not to receive any updates for about a month. When the are claimed to be located in the **! I have ordered products out of the country and have had better turnaround time and communication. Received package after filed a complaint to refund my money! Then package didnt have the multi colors that were advertised. The packaging was very low budget to detail and advertising. But when finally speaking to someone after reaching out weeks to get response the owner was very rude acting as if 6years in business equates to longevity, the way he or she communicated with being unprofessional I would not recommend anyone to support this business. I was looking forward to supporting and trying the product because I was looking for a good cleanse! But against better judgement and several reviews saying how bad the customer service was NOT TO ORDER I did anyway! Let this be a ****** for All of us that work hard for our coins.. PLEASE PLESE CHECK REVIEWS and this company came far few and between not enough reviews or bad! Im even skeptical about taking the product because of the way the product was delivered and manufactured. But hey I will come back if and when I try and leave a review on that. UBTox please let this be a ****** try to put yourself in the consumer shoes and watch your business make it another 6plus years! The rate you are going with poor leadership and customer service skills you wont last! Remember customers make your business because we are really your own personal marketing tool! FREE GAME!
