    I purchased buy three get one free in March 20 ********************************************************** the order so I said I wanted my money back so they said well keep your order and will send you the right one because weve runout of the Ones I ordered no contact no information on shipping no emails. Its been since March 31. Its been seven business days and no information on my tracking. I would like my product back, but if you cant give me the product, I want my money back. I bought it through ****** and theyre trying to help as well.

    On March 9, 2025, I ordered four customized 27oz white tumblers. Finally on March 29, 2025 the product arrived. What was delivered were eight small tumblers, 4 blue, 4 white. I called for two days in a row, no answer from customer service. I emailed and the response was "we are out of stock of the white, we sent something different" What kind of business does that? I should have been notified that they were no longer in stock and refunded. I would like a refund asap.

    I purchased three 27 oz custom tumblers on 2/27/25. On March 24th, I received 6 wine mugs with the customization on it. I had to make 3 phone calls and 2 emails to find out why I received the wrong item. Yesterday I finally got through on the phone and received a response about an hour later from my email. Both stated that the item was out of stock so they decided (without calling and asking if it was okay) to change my order. The woman on the phone said it might be months until it's back in stock and that they don't have any size drinkware available in their warehouse yet they have multiple sizes available on their website. How is it acceptable to sell something you don't have and may not ever get it? A month to receive an item is ridiculous when you can order custom items from ***** and get it in 2 weeks. Now you say it can take several months??? I had bought them as a gift to my sisters for our beach vacation last week because I thought an **************** would get me my items in less than 3 weeks and that I would receive the items that I ordered. I still want my items because we can still use them for any future trips, but wine cups don't work the same as tumblers and should never be substituted as such without the consent of the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because: I just received a message that the replacements are also out of stock and they don't want to send me the product I purchased. They offered a 10% refund instead and to keep the items the I never ordered. The only solution I will agree to is for Piper *** to send the items I ordered over 6 weeks ago.

    Wrong items/colors recieved Ordered 12 27 oz tumblers on 2/27/25. On 3/15/25 I emailed as order status was still showing unfulfilled. I received a response that they were overwhelmed with orders and asked for ***** hrs to resolve. On 3/20/25 received notice items were shipped via ****. Was a bit concerned as I needed the items by 3/27/25 fir a girls trip. Items were recieved on 3/24/25 but order was completely wrong!!. I recieved 12 oz wine cups instead of 27 oz tumblers as I ordered. I had also ordered the 12 tumblers on pink and white. Received pink white and black. Was told by email that they were out of thec27oz so they substituted the 12 oz. I have tried calling their customer service got through and was placed on hold for 37 minutes and then disconnected. Numerous attempts to call phone just rings and rings. Due to the mixup I have product I don't want/didn't order, I am out over $100, have no time to source product from another vendor that would be recieved in time

    I am rejecting this response because: although they have provided a solution to the issue (shipping the product back) it is still not resolved as I have not received a refund as of yet.

    The lack of professional, competency and customer service response should still be noted. 

    I did not get any movement towards a resolution until i filed complaints with both BBB and my credit card.

    I ordered a cup on 2/27/25 so I could have it in time for a retirement party on 3/21/25. I contacted Piper *** the first time on 3/7/25 and this is the response I received...R ******* 1:43 PM. ******* says:Hi *****,Thanks for contacting us!You made your Order ( #*******) on February 27 2025. Orders are due to ship within 7-14 business days from the date you placed your order - weekends and holidays are not ************* assured that you will receive an email notification once the tracking number becomes available.We truly appreciate your patience at this time. Feel free to email us back if you have any concerns, we're happy to help!Have a nice day!So i contacted them again on 3/19/25 waited for over 3 hours to chat with someone and I even tried calling the number but it just rang then hung up. They finally told me they could not cancel because order was already shipped, eventhough they never notified me of this being shipped like they said they would. Now I am trying to return and they want me to pay for the shipping of their return because they couldn't fulfill an order in a timely matter. Very poor customer service and business handling.

    I have tried numerous times to get the company to call me. There is no longer any customer service, instead, cancelled my account when I am still paying on the box of awesome monthly subscription, but am not getting any product. They have now blocked my ability to "chat" with them. All I want is a resolution, but they refuse to take accountability.

    Hello Ray, for some reason when I go to the chat your site will not allow me to send messages.  My assumption was you had me blocked. 

    My first box for the year was received in May of 2024

    I have received may June Aug, and October. 

    In December, you mailed me out July, Sept, Nov, and December

    That leaves Jan, Feb, March and April remaining that has been paid, as I paid the 324 amount in a lump sum

    I have responded yesterday as the remaining boxes that I have paid for. 4 months remain in the initial agreement that I took part in. When can I look for that to be shipped out. I hope that in the future, the customer service gets back to what it was in the past, and if a client requests a phone call to avoid all of this, that you guys call. You were very quick to cancel my subscription and when I showed proof that I did NOT cancel, that it was ignored and my subscription was cancelled causing all of this confusion. Please do better in the future and maybe I can return as a customer. In the meantime, I look forward to getting my remaining product

    On 3/18/25 I received a shipment. The packing slip was my correct custom order; however, what was in the shipment did not match the packing slip. I ordered and paid for tumblers yet was given wine cups. I detailed this in an email to the company on 3/18/25. On 3/19/25 I received a reply requesting photos. I provided the company with photos on 3/19/25. No reply. I emailed again on 3/21/25. No reply. This is a custom order for gifts that I need completed. Now the website states customer service is only available M-F. I need to know if they can fulfill this order or I will need to use another vendor.

    I placed an order for St. Patricks Day tshirts on March 9, 2025. I paid ***** for 2 day shipping, bringing my total to $106.11. I reached out to the company on March 17, 2025 in hopes of canceling my order, because it is still not received. I was then told that it was too late to cancel an order that is still labeled unfulfilled 9 days later. I was also informed to use a link sent to me to track my order, because it was shipped. I attempted to check the tracking only to be informed that the shipment had not reached ****

    An order was placed on 3.8.25 for two shirts. Paid for expedited shipping to have them in 3 business days. Do not have shirts and the order in my app and online shows as unfulfilled. The order was paid in full on 3.8. I have reached out to Piper *** several times in the app, on ********, via phone and email. I have not been able to reach anyone but automated bots. I have asked for a refund and still no contact. No tracking information or order numbers were provided.

    I placed an order on 2/19/25 for four tumblers and my credit card charged 2/20/25. These were order for a vacation for me and my three adult children leaving on 3/15/25. Prior to ordering, I checked the website for info on how long these would take to receive to make sure there was enough time to get them prior to leaving. The website still has very outdated info discussing delivery times due to Covid. *************** times were 3-5 business days, but the outdated Covid delivery times were 7-14 business days. I figured even with the later dates, I would still receive these in time. I had not received any updates on my order, so I emailed **************** on 3/3/25 to inquire when I could expect them. I didn't receive a response until a week later on 3/10/25. I was sent a tracking number that day, which leads me to believe that my order probably wasn't even looked at until then. There was a lot of proactive blame on their part attributing any delays on ***. The email was signed "You ***** - ***". If you were my ****** I'd have my order!I was not able to actually track my package until today, 3/12/25 and finding out that my package would arrive on 3/15/25...a day late! I have sent another email and am waiting to hear back. In the meantime, I also called **************** (which is really no customer service at all). The lady seemed to be just reading a pre-written answer to my question. It was shipped already, so there was nothing they could do about it. I suggested they refill my order and send it overnight, but I guess that was out of the question. Although "my buddy" *** had mentioned in his email that ""we generally will re-ship these out and eat the cost from the mistake." I asked the lady on the phone if I could talk to someone else. She put me a hold and came back five minutes just repeating that it was already sent ****** not only do I not have these in time, I now need to spend my time returning them in hopes of getting my money back.

    I am not rejecting the response, but I had two options to select from and wanted to respond.  I did not select "accept" because I wasn't sure if you would let me respond or just close the case.

    I would like to return the entire order for a full refund (including shipping and taxes) for a total of $50.33.  As well as a return label for free shipping.
