      Placed a $74.00 order on 6/28/24 (shipping from a NC address to a NC address). It showed up at DHL ecommerce on 7/8/24 and last updated tracking shows 7/10/24 still in the same location (DHL ecommerce in *******, **). I have emailed this company several times and they keep telling me "give it a few more days". It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and 8 days since the last updated tracking. They won't answer the phone listed on the website. I just want a refund since I did not receive my items. I would not recommend anyone order from them. You cannot talk to someone, only email and now they've stopped answering emails.

      So I placed a order on April 24th and now its May 16th I have been trying to call this number everyday and not once has anyone ever answered the phone I want my order they sent me tracking and the package isnt moving from the destination and no one wants to help its really bad business. Especially I have done plenty of business with this company and this time its a big circle of nonsense. I just want my package.

      Not once has this company apoligized for this delay and its totally uncalled for to create a shipping label and send to a customer but then dont send to the shipper 8 days later its bad business. You didnt hold our payment's for 8 days later.

      On November 27th, 2023 I placed an order for four cups. I immediately received confirmation that my order had been received and money was taken from my bank account. When my order was placed the companies website stated that orders were being fulfilled in **** business days. It is now January 4th, 2024-27 business days later and my order still says it is processing. I have called every week starting the week of December 19th and I have been told every single week they have escalated my order to the top and it would be mailed by the end of the week. I should add that when I call my quickest call has been 25 mins!!! I have emailed and have been told I need to be patient they had a lot of Black Friday orders. Id like some assurance that I will be getting my order which are Christmas presents before next Christmas.

      Order #*******.I finally received my order and it's wrong. It doesn't even match the invoice which is the original wording that I had to change because it was too long. The tumblers have both shortened quotes on them. It wouldn't be so bad but the first quote is misspelled. It says "your mountain has't me my God" instead of "hasn't met" my God. The 2nd quote has "og God" instead of "of God".Many emails complaining and asking for a ***** but no response. Phone always says a very long wait.

      I placed an order for a tumbler on 12/01/23. I paid with my PayPal account and received confirmation from PayPal that my payment was submitted to Piperlou. I never received any confirmation of my order from piper ***. The only communication I have from them is advertisements so I dont even have the order number. *** tried calling several times and the phone just rings constantly with no answer. I have requested a charge back through PayPal but that will take time. Im so disappointed in this company. I have a friend who had done business with them many times and recommended them for their customer service. The item I ordered was a Christmas gift so it is useless to me now as I bought a replacement. I would like a refund but I would also like people to know before buying from this company that they are unreliable and obviously, given the number of complaints here, unprofessional and possibly fraudulent in their business practices.

Because it did not arrive in a timely manner, I purchased a similar item from a different vendor. I no longer need this item and would like a full refund including any charges for shipping fees.

      I ordered 3 laser etched tumblers on 11/28/23, order #*******, and still have not received any shipping information nor a refund. After several attempts at calling the customer service number with no answer I reached out numerous times through the chat bot and was finally given this response on 12/27/23:We're extending our sincerest and most unreserved apologies for the delay. We were flooded with a large number of orders this month due to the Holiday Rush and your order is still in production, and it's taking longer than the usual **** business days from the date you placed your order.We are trying our best to minimize the delay as much as possible. Our Warehouse has equipped all of our departments with more staff to make sure all orders are moving. We promise to fulfill your order and you should receive it as soon as possible, as we work around the clock to get all orders out.Thank you for your understanding. Only my order was placed in November, NOT December and if it wasnt for me contacting the company directly they would have offered ZERO communication on delays and they have not given an estimate of how long they expect it will be to receive my order nor offered a refund. This is frustrating and unacceptable. I am a returning customer however I will not be ordering from this company again.

      The company STILL has not given a reasonable timeline on when to expect a shipping date nor a timeline on how far back they are in processing orders. They also have not offered an option on a refund since they cannot provide an estimated delivery. Offering a free product option is unsatisfactory when my paid order cant even be fulfilled.

Tell me they are overwhelmed with the holiday and are working on it and have offered nothing in refunds or tracking number anything . Find this to be ridiculous when it says 7 to 14 business days is standard shipping and it has been 30 days and no resolution or real response on my order .

      On 11/26/2023 I placed an online order (#*******) during a Black Friday sale. Weeks went by with no stays update on my order. I messaged the company and received a generic email stating orders should be received within 7 to 14 business days.. the website says 7 to 14 days. Sent another email once 18 business days had passed and was told that my order would be sent to the respective department and I could expect a Shipping email soon. The next week I emailed again with a response of "we have had a lot of orders this month, we are working around the clock to send orders out". Today, 12/29- no shipping update, no package received, nothing. I had to give notes instead of gifts out for Christmas. I just want my order filled and shipped out as I paid for.

      I ordered 3 cups and 3 lids on December 1, 2023. There was nothing on the website that indicated I would not receive my order before Christmas. It is now December 27th and the order still says it has not been fulfilled.In addition, I had a coupon that I used and before I hit the payment page, it showed the discount. Once I was on the payment page, I didn't realize the discount had been removed and I ended up paying full price. After days of contacting the company, I finally got refunded the $65 discount that I shouldn't have been charged.I have reached out numerous times by email, chat, and phone with no response other than a boilerplate email back, sometimes.
