************************* has a court order to pay us $4000 for a job we paid in full for that he never finished in 2021. Still waiting on the $4000. He bid for a job over $30,000 by separating costs, which is illegal since he isn't a General Contractor, which is on file. He used another business's electrical license for the electrical work, which is also illegal. He didn't meet the correct specifications for inspection and we had to pay for extra work in order to pass inspection. He owes us $4000 because he didn't finish our deck, used our money to purchase the wrong railing and when he realized it, he quit knowing we had already paid in full. Hence the reason he has a judgment against his business and still owes us $4000. I would never recommend Triangle Custom Additions to anyone.Review from Lauren B.

This company refuses to provide any references or customer reviews upon request. Additionally, they are inconsistent and fail to communicate with providing any specific dates for starting projects. However, they are eager to collect your money up front with no given start dates. We had to call this company several times to ask “ when are you starting our deck renovation?” They could never give us an exact date, yet still wanted to come by for more money. After lack of communication and failure to comply with our request, we cancelled the contract and asked for 50 % of our deposit back (which was $500). The project manager refused to refund the 50% and claimed our reason for canceling wasn’t good enough. Give me a break!! Per the contract, we are able to cancel and receive 50% of our deposit. Our reason for cancelling was (is) sufficient. I will post my complaints on other platforms as well. Be cautious in doing business with this company!!
