    Hired them on a reference from my insurance agent to liquidate my father's estate, mostly tools and some antique furniture etc. They held the sale on Memorial Day weekend of 2016 and had a very light turnout due to the holiday as I was informed. There were a few things sold and they said they would send me a check for my portion of the proceeds within a week. Almost a month later, and after several calls, they finally sent a check, though they seemed irritated to have to pay me. So, they ended up moving the 85% they didn't sell to their warehouse and said they'd see what they could get for the remainder and would get back to me after a month or so and see what they could do. This was quite a bit of machinery, heavy lathes, a nice organ, great wood stove, huge compressor, woodworking equipment, some nice furniture and a ton of fine chisels and tools. I called a few times, but nothing was happening. Here it is almost ************************************* and they just ended up keeping everything it seems. They did do me a bit of a favor moving all the items out of the house so I could clean it up to sell but their practices and customer service were very sub-par. There were a few thousand dollars in value, I'm sure, on the items they kept. I've yet to see a ***** of it.
