            We went to Wake Toxicology on Dec. 24 at 11:00. We had confirmation emails to get tested for travel visa. They were out of antigen tests when we got there so told us that we could get the PCR and have rapid results in 5-7 hours. We had to pay $100 per person for our family of 4. Eleven hours later we got 3/4 results back. I called later that night to find out where my daughter, Emery's results were and was told that we would have results by midnight. Well, we did not get any results and it is now Sunday! We had to scramble and I tried everything Christmas Day to secure a test elsewhere. I also continued to call, email and ** message Wake Toxicology. I have gotten no response and unable to reach anybody. One of the email addresses doesn't even work. We are beyond frustrated and feel scammed. I don't want anyone else to have to deal with this and I feel that we deserve our $ back. We ended up paying for a test today somewhere else and got them within 20 minutes. Please help.

            Efficient, nice and we have been using them since the pandemic without any issues. However, I do not understand why I was charged $100 for a rapid test. I was definitely ignorant and just thought with all the crazy lines and an increase in COVID issues, that this was normal. Wake Toxicology never suggested I could go to other places for free testing.
