I had called Parata to ask them what specs I need to make sure my computer (the one that have their application on) have before I purchase one, their response was that I have to purchase a computer from them or I cannot upgrade and have to use Windows 7!. I inquired about that since their computers are HIGHLY MORE EXPENSIVE than if I would purchase a higher specs computer from the retailer directly and that I should not be forced to buy it from them since I had already paid for the software AND the Parata machine itself along with all the fees and payments we're already paying. I talked to the Account manager who could not find any explanation that makes sense and repeatedly said: "this is our policy" then HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME when I asked her repeatedly to connect me to someone who can give me better answers or solve my problem.
