      9/25/2024 - Contract between **** ******** and Triple A Steel Structures aka NC Carports (**** ******) Sent $1,041.16 9/25/2024 - Promised 4-5 week delivery time 10/23/24 -10/30/2024, Site Pics sent. 9/30/2024 - Contacted by ******** asking for site pictures. Explained I sent them to ****. She advised **** no longer worked there. I resent again to ********. I was advised now 8-10wk delivery. 11/25/2024 - 12/9/2024 10/18/2024 - Contacted Supplier for status update Adanna advised In-Process. 11/1/2024 - 11/30/2024 (No Communication)12/16/2024 - Contacted by Supplier (********) wanting to deliver 12/18. I explained the rain, snow and Ice site situation was not ideal, decided to re-schedule for January. 1/1/2025 -1/31/2025 No Communication 1/28/2025 - Contacted by supplier stating building would be delivered week of 2/17/2025 and I would receive a call the week prior for confirmation. 2/14/2025 - No Communication 2/21/2025 - Week Of 2/17/2025 No Communication, No Building. 2/26/2025 - Contacted supplier asking why no communication and no building. Was advised they had many folks suspending orders due to weather. I again asked why no communication (No Answer). I decided to cancel my order and get a partial refund. I was told No by *** and he advised the contract says "No Refunds" I agreed however, they breeched the contract by missed timelines and poor communications. He advised there were no timelines agreed upon. I disagreed as I have text messages indicating otherwise. 2/27/2025 - Contacted by ****** @ NC Carports requesting a new install date of 3/12/2025. I explained the issues I have experienced and told her I had canceled the order. She advised she was sorry to hear that and to contact Triple A Steel Structures. Summary: Due to poor communications and missed timelines I decided to go a different route and request a partial refund.

      Mr ********* I apologize for the delays that have been experienced due to weather, however, you were given a date for install on 12/17 in which you refused-due to not wanting the crew to mess up your yard- (too wet), in which you were then advised they would have to work you back into another truck route for date. Due to the harsh winter that many areas have experienced there have been many reschedules and hundreds of orders pushed back. They manufacture worked diligently to get your order back out to you, and were given an approximate date of install, again which you are refusing. (now wanting to cancel). Triple A Steel Structures, and NCCG has done everything that we could do to get your unit out to you, I understand that you are frustrated due to non communication, however, if there is no update to give, you would not hear from them. Lead times are subject to change weather permitting and traveling construction. We are unable to control the weather. So at this time if you are requesting to cancel, per the contract that was signed, the deposit would be non refundable.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I was told the building would be delivered the week of 2/17. No communication was ever made as to whether the building was delayed. I did not reject the shipment. I was awaiting my building. Then when I made contact I was told they would get back to me. The next day a lady reached out from NC carports and told me 3/12. I do not trust the communication and very ***** of future customer service issues. I understand the building is staged however, I think one of the real companies should take responsibility for the poor cusmtomer service and refund a partial deposit.

      Mr ********* I do understand and apologize, however what you were told is that they were working on trying to get the unit out the week of 2/17, that is weather permitting of course- we experienced snow delays - also even if the weather was ok in your area for the install - the installers work in all areas and if there is a delay on the schedule it pushes every thing back and is a domino effect with the orders. As I stated previously I cannot authorize a refund due to weather delays. They are able to get a date for you- and get that unit installed for you - please advise the scheduling department on how you would like to proceed. Please note that if you are to cancel this order then the again, the deposit would be nonrefundable. We do not want that to happen and appreciate your business of course. However, please understand that if there is no update to be given the schedulers would not reach out to you.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I still feel the business should take responsibility for incorrectly stating 4-5 wk lead time then coming back with 8-10 wks. The customer service was poor at best in communicating after deadlines were missed. I have never been sure who is promising what as I have dealt with NC Carports on some occasions and Triple A Steel Structures on others. Again I am only asking for partial refund as I want every entity to have some responsibility. I am not trying to get out of the contract without any consequences nor should either of the other two entities. I also find it alarming now that I have raised awareness NC Carports are making multiple attempts to schedule the delivery.

      Mr ******* the manufacture has been very behind due to weather, as I am sure you are aware most of the north and east of the country has had several huge snow storms and rain and flooding. They are working as quickly as possible to get units out. There is no refund given due to Mother Nature or Acts of God. As soon as they have a date for you they will be in touch.   you may have  ordered in May- However were not ready for install until 9/18 . the lead time was correct when ordered however changed drastically in 9/2024 due to hurricane and weather.

      July 24 2024, talked to ****** about a building. July 25 Designed the building. July 26 Agreed, made the order and paid the deposit. August 12, Informed ******** the site was ready (without pictures).Sent pictures September 30, no reply. October 7 asked for update, Got a reply October 14 no schedule date. Sent email November 12 asking again, Got a reply on December 2, no schedule date. November 15, Replyied to an add on social media site asking questions about a building and a timeline for installation, was told 2-4 weeks. I informed in the chat that I was waiting after months. Sent more pictures. December 17 sent a message asking about my building. Reply was sorry we are diligently working on it. December 17 also sent a message to ******** asking about schedule and a refund of my deposit. December 17 received a reply no schedule date. Was told to reach out to ****** about a refund. December 18 messaged about refund to no reply. It is now January 8, 2025, still no building and no answers. Very unhappy with service, would not advise using this company. If I ever get the building, I hope the installers are better than the company. I will update with any further information.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.
      It is close to six months since I made my deposit.  Still no schedule for my building. ***** has reached out, it is very unfortunate that I trusted this business.

      Good morning ** *******, 

      You in fact placed the deposit in July, however ready date would start the day the photos have been received, that was in September - as I am sure you are aware September 26th NC had a natural disaster - Hurricane ******. This shut down major roads that are still closed due to washing away, also put the scheduling Department behind extensively. They are working diligently to get these orders out. With that being said it is all based off weather and traveling construction. The entire lower half of the ************* have been dealing with extreme cold temperatures as well as snow and ice. We ourselves have had (2) snow storms and rain almost every week. I understand that may not have affected you. Our contractors do not have a set area they work in - so whenever there is a weather event that prevents them from installing this creates major delays in the entire schedule. If they are loaded or have a run that is lined up and weather hits, then this causes reschedules until they are able to clear those scheduled runs out. I apologize for any and all delays that you have faced. If you read over the contract it is clearly stated weather and traveling construction can cause  delays in time frame. Whatever time frame that you were told during the ordering process, was based on you being ready in July - the time frames can change at any time due to weather. Please keep this in mind. Due to weather unfortunately no refund on deposit can be giving.  I spoke with the shop manager yesterday and he is working to try and get you out by the end of month. KEEP in mind that weather can push this. It would be nice if we were able to control Mother Nature, however we do not have that ability.

      What you said in your response is exactly what I said in my complaint. Except for the fact that in a separate message to you in November, I was told 2-4 weeks. I have the message if you need to see it. You have NEVER reached out to me to update me as to any thing. I have asked several times about schedule with no answers. I will not remove my complaint until I get the building and satisfied. Someone called me on 1/20 saying end of January, first time to reach out to me. We will see if you can use another excuse.

      I gave A good faith deposit for A metal pole barn to be installed on my property. I was to provide a photo of my building permit and they prepared land and guaranteed a delivery date within 10 weeks after doing that. I have done all of that 15 weeks ago and have still not received a delivery date. I did contact the company to see if they were impacted by the hurricane and they told me no specifically, ****** ********* he said he would see why I did not get a delivery date yet and has refused to get back to me or take any of my calls ever since at one point I just asked for a refund of my deposit and part our separate ways no hard feelings they told me no they would deliver the shed and install prior to Thanksgiving, still no word again they will not take my calls. I just want a delivery date or my money back ****. Oh, I have all kinds of proofs, just having trouble uploading them in the system

      We were able to speak with Mr ******* and work out something for a schedule date- we are going out the week of Jan 20th - that is weather permitting and traveling construction of course. I also advised him to let me know if he had not heard from *****, with scheduling by Friday the 10th. As I will have no way of knowing if they have reached out to him or not. Mr ******* has agreed to this. I apologize again for the delays in scheduling - it truly is out of our hands due to weather related issues.

      Ordered garage back in August it was supposed to been like a 4 to 6 week lead time and I called and they told me it would be the first or second week in December I called yesterday which was December the 6th and they told me it was after January so I would like to have my money back or I would like for my garage to get delivered all I want them to do is just keep their word

      Apologizes on the delay of your structure, we are showing that you had purchased back in August, with ****** the sites photos were received in October. Unfortunately, the lead times have changed since time of purchase. This is in factor of weather and traveling construction. The company is doing everything that they can to get you scheduled.  I will look into this and reach out to the schedulers to see if there is anything that they are able to do to get this out a faster, however with holidays coming up (we a closed industry wide) the week of Christmas. I am not sure that they will be able to get a date for you until after that. Also, if you would please take the time to read the terms and conditions on the contract. Lead times are subject to change and deposit is non refundable to due leads time.

      I made contact with this company via ******** ad that they Triple A Steel Structures put out for the public to respond to and get business from. Spoke with ******* their employee and chose size and color of the metal building. They sent me a contract which I signed and sent back to them. The requested a deposit which I sent to them via overnight mail with a company check. They cashed my check and now won't respond to any email I send to them. They won't return any phone calls. I've called and asked for management and they are always in a meeting but never return calls or emails after cashing my check. This is theft stealing money from customers and never giving any service, product or any return of money. I either want an immediate build date with the companies information so I can speak with builder or I want my money back immediately. Check was sent overnight 10/15/2024 $2003.12-

      I have spoken with you myself, our last communication was Friday, in which I explained the unit was sent to our partner manufacture and that they would be in touch - they go through the process of checking the order for correctness and once that is processed they will be in touch. Also, I did reach out to them to give you a call ****.  In which they stated they would be in contact and get you a date once they processed your order. The company is very good with ******* the orders and can you a date quickly. You were fine with that conversation, and then I received an email afterwards on Saturday stating you wanted the refund. This is in regards to you being previously scammed through your ************* that is not our fault and terms and conditions are laid out to you through the contract that was signed. We nor yourself can control acts of GOD which is exactly what happened in this case. The company has been working diligently to work through scheduling of customers. But everyone is behind due to all the weather that came about. Again I apologize. Our hands are tied. I will again reach out to Star and make sure they follow up.

      The complaint doesn't need to be sent over to the manufacture, yesterday after I had answered the complaint from the customer - I spoke with the manufacture in regards to the customer they have emails and phone conversations with him, he sent them over the correct install address and they have date for him. At this point this claim is mute. Being that he is stating that no one has spoken with him in regards to date. They do have date for customer and and have been working directly with him have spoken to him multiple times and and emails- I myself have spoken with him as well

      Deposit was paid for a garage in July 2023. Requested drawings in the fall for the town to review for the permit. Drawings took over 3 weeks which caused us to pause the concrete from being poured as we couldn't get the permit. We were stuck with no garage over the winter as it was too late to pour concrete at that point. Got the concrete poured in Aug 2024 and sent in the required site info and pictures to Triple A (after a few phone call discussions with ****). Was told by ***** via text that the build/install is tracking 10 weeks out. ***** stated they will notify me 2 weeks prior to build completion to schedule the install. Its now been over 11 weeks with no call (so they are tracking at least 13 weeks at this point), I have texted Sindi and emailed multiple times with no response. I have now invested $30k in concrete and I am going to be without a garage for the 2nd winter... I want a refund of my deposit or schedule my install before December 31st.

      I was able to look up your contract in the system and see that you in Fact did purchase in 2023 Late July.  The sales *** that sold the unit to you has not been with the company in more than a year.       Ordered a metal building. Gave them a deposit to get the process started. The project went down hill fast. They stopped communicating. I tried email as and phone calls none of which werent followed up with. I had to call to make sure they got revision from the county. Called multiple times and emailed in regards to getting my deposit money back. Ive been getting bounced around told theyd call me back. Theyre waiting for assistance to release.

      Good afternoon, 

      *************** had ordered (2) units from Triple A Steel Structures, one of which was to be a livable structure. For this it would be needing Site 2 plans in which he felt he would not need due to him having his own engineer. The plans that we offer (generics) would not reflect what he would be needing for the unit to be made into a home. He was advised of this on several occasions. He finally requested the deposit back on both units and wished to cancel the order. *************** was made aware of the refund policy- ( deposits are non refundable unless county denies permitting) However, upper management agreed to go ahead and send the funds back over to the customer.  During this process the funds would need to be released to be sent back over. That was done and the issue has now been resolved with the customer.

      On June 27, 2024 I submitted a deposit of $2500 for a steel building totaling $26,000. My sales persons name was ***************************** and she assured me that submitting this deposit was to lock in the sales price and that it was fully refundable if I needed to cancel. On July 8, 2024 I called her back to tell her that the property that I had intended to purchase, and that this steel building was going on, was no longer going to happen due to an unsatisfactory site cost estimate perpared by my home builder and I asked her to refund my deposit. She then informed me that they do not issue refunds without a letter from the county, refuseing to issue a permit for the building. I informed her that, that is not what she told me originally but she lied and she she did. She then told me that her manager will call me. Nobody has returned my calls yet and now it is July 15, 2024

      ********* reached out to me and she agreed to refund my deposit back to me.  That was 8 days ago and I still do not have my refund back.  I've attempted to call *********, as she requested if I didnt recive my refund by 8/26.  I have left voicemail messages but she has not returned my calls.  My hope is that this can still be resolved
