            This will be my second time reporting this issue,Fayetteville Technical Community College(****) has a hold on my account claiming that I was charged for classes that I did not attend. At the time, I had a death in the family and withdrew from said classes. I never attended any of the classes, spoke with any of the professors or participated in any assignments.I assumed that everything was taken care of on the college's end but after I got back into town is when I noticed that I was still charged. I called last week and was told by the business office that there was nothing that they could do, and that I was still "responsible" to pay for these classes. I now am no longer able to access anything regarding my account or apply for financial aid if I decide to return.Furthermore, in my account activity it says I have a zero balance, but yet when I called the lady says that is not true. I've attached screenshots.My ID number *******

            I currently have a hold on my account implying that I have a balance. However, at the time that I registered, I had to withdraw from the classes due to a family emergency. I never attended any classes, my loans were sent back to the providers, etc.But **** still charged my and now that I am able to return I was told I have to pay the balance first, which I shouldnt have to because I withdrew and never attended class.Even if I wanted to go to a different school they would still need transcripts which are also now locked.So basically I am unable to go to ANY school because of this.
