    On January 15, **** I noticed a charge for $39.95 from this company on my credit card which I did not recognize. I immediately called the customer service number on their website to cancel and received a cancelation confirmation number. However, they could not explain to me how the charge appeared on my card which lends itself to likely fraudulent and illegal practices.

    On 12/20/2023 I was notified by my Bank of a suspicious / fraudulent charge. No such bonified charge was ever made to the merchant with my knowledge. The bank investigators provided the merchant information which lead here. The ********************* is reviewing this as a potential criminal act and will be the complainant in any further action in which they wish to pursue.A new bank card is being sent to me ******************.

    We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We have a 90 day no questions asked refund policy, so we completely refunded your charge when you called us. Please give 3-5 business days from the call date to see it show up in your account. From the complaint, its obvious you were not aware of the membership. You either signed up after purchasing a health product online or via a phone call to your house.  If it were online, the purchase would have most likely been about a month or two ago. We are a Health and Wellness Educational website. We provide a health professional to answer customer emails regarding anything health related. The medical professional can also provide suggestions for a healthy diet for the customer. The site is updated frequently with blogs and health related articles. Tens of thousands of people sign up for the service each year.  Most are very happy with it.  We are sorry that you signed up in error or, if there was fraud of some sort, we recommend that you cancel your card as soon as you see the refund hit your account. If you have already canceled the account, please let us know so we can send you a check. This can happen, and because of that, we make sure to stick to the no questions asked refund policy. I personally went in the system today, and made sure that you had been removed from any type of rebilling. You will not see a charge from us again.

    I had a charge of $19.95 on my cash app account from this company. I have no idea who they are. I have a several different companies that I have no idea who they are trying to take money off my cash app.

    Received an alert from the bank underwriting my credit card for verification of a questionable charge of $39.99 made on 04/19/2022 from "NourishingFinds.com." I have NO knowledge of ever having done business with this company. I replied to the bank to that effect; they have responded to the effect that they will void the charge. ---- Smells like *F*R*A*U*D* to me.
