    Buffalo brothers in ****** ** food gave my 4 year old child food poisoning on 2/25/24 . *** spoken to the manager the gm and district manager and the district manager told me I will not get a refund back because hes never heard of anyone getting sick and basically saying Im lying . Nobody has time to lie and act like something is wrong or being malicious , I asked him to look at the reviews on the internet because it says otherwise . Like I told him in my 15 plus years working in the food industry Ive never heard of a person not getting refunded especially after getting sick from your food ! Talking about oh maam well maybe he was touching something like we ignorant or dont have proper etiquette, play me better ! I KNOW ONE THING SOMEBODY GONNA GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !

    We were long time loyal customers of the White *** location until one of the bartenders ****** walked up and said I named my boyfriends penis(used the * word) *****(my name). We told *** the ** and also forwarded him Tiktok videos she and another employee were making in the establishment sing F me in the ****. He kept her on staff and said he spoke to the owner **** whose response was..oh well. We decided after 14 months to go back after calling to make sure she wasn't there but unfortunately she was still ********. We sat down and was asked to leave by ***** another manager. Her reason was bc we made staff feel uncomfortable. This is laughable...we were the ones to be made feel uncomfortable. To put in perspective how often we were there before the Hannah ************* spent about $400 a month here. Ex employees have told us a lot that goes on at this establishment but I won't get into that here. We reached out to *** again about us being asked to leave but he doesn't want to speak. Needless to say they do not value morals or loyal customers. Also they over serve their customers alcohol making our roads unsafe. Local authorities have been notified.

    Hello. So I been wanting to file a complaint for a while now because this awful experience happened almost a month ago but I just haven't had the time to sit down and do it. However, I'm pretty sure you guys still have the same manager. She's a skinny white female with black hair and I didn't get her name but I was there on a Saturday night. We arrived with a family of 8 and we had to wait for 30 mins to be seated so then we were offered to be seated outside to move the waiting time quicker. Which was totally ok with us, no problem. WE WAITED AN HOUR OUTSIDE IN THE COLD WITH KIDS!!! I finally got up and asked our server if we could be moved inside, he agreed. I also suggested moving near one of the heaters because the other one wasn't working I was willing to move the tables and chairs myself. However, the manager was the only one allowed to turn the heater. She heard my whole conversation with the server and stood clueless. The server asked the manager and she ignored the question. I asked the hostess to ask the manager and she refused. At this point the manager was being a total *****! So we went back outside to wait another 20mins. A couple walks in and she happily sat them down and turn on the heater for them. I WAS******** FURIOUS because I asked if she could do it for us because of my kids and she completely ignored my question like I was asking some stupid question out of the earth. We walked out. I just have to bring this to your attention. Idk if she was racist, we were a family of Hispanics and the couple was white. I took it very offending from my part and I believe she was a total *****. Thanks! Never coming back again.
