    1 purchased battery online on 1.1.25 2 received a call 1.10.25 reminder 3 I called store back three days later saying that I was coming. 4 1.27.25 went to pick up battery and was told my husband picked it up. Im not married. I waited 20 minutes while ******* store manager goes in back. 5 I leave after 20 minutes. I called toll free and talked with ***** @ 930am who said her manager ***** in ********* was going to call me back. to call me back but insured me they could do nothing because its a franchise location. 6. I called back @4pm because I received no call back. ***** told me that I should not have waited 26 days to pick up my order. Even though there is no store policy.***** saw any picture ID but gave my battery to a random person with no picture ID. I was told by ***** at Tollfree and at the store that its my loss. I would like a battery and a refund (I had to request dispute with my credit card company). And the store needs to just do better and some concern. This is not ok to do to anyone.     I bought a motorcycle battery at batteries plus bulbs **** ************ *** ********** ** on 2/18/2023 at 1:30 pm for $181.46 I returned it 2hrs later that day because the battery was defective it wouldn’t work lost charge they wouldn’t exchange it they put it on a charger and it wouldn’t charge so they blamed the consumer saying it was user error the battery has a 2yr warranty they are not honoring
