    They sell faulty batteries and refused an exchange within a 24 hour period with receipt!

    This battery left the store at 12.8v and came back to the store at 8v- this indicates there was either a faulty charging system in the application or drain occurring in the device that took the voltage down to 8v. As stated on the receipt this voids the warranty on the battery.

    The comment from the store is false. The young lady that sold me the battery never put a meter on the new battery at the time of sale. how can the store verify the voltage without a meter reading?
