      The worst! Unprofessional to say the least! How do they expect you to make payments or know anything about your account when they cut off access. If I could give 0 stars I would!

      This company is very fishy when it comes to payments. Please check details on all payments. This company is a fraud, steals, and reports fraudulent information. Please file with the CFPB complaint everyone who has had an issue. This will most definitely make a change in everyone’s situation.

      Fell behind on payments due to a job change. Explained my situation to them and they told me either get it caught up or have my vehicle parked until payments were caught up. My wife is 36 weeks pregnant and I had to take Christmas money for my kids to pay them. Lack of compassion and they explained to me we have a business to run. Corporate lack of character putting profit before the customers mental well being. We are in a middle of a pandemic and times are tough but hey we need you to still pay us.

      Paid off a truck a over a month ago and still do not have the title.. each time we call they say it’s in the mail. When it never arrives and you call back you then hear “oh it did not get in the mail and we I’ll put it in today. We are STILL waiting. Even talking to a manager by the name of Patrick garners no results!! Stay away from this company!!!!!!

      Regrettably, the loan is not paid off and Mr. ***** has not been told that the title was sent to him. When the balance is paid, we will sent the title and contract marked as paid without delay.

      I did have a good experience as I was making my payments on time each month. Then I decided to go into getting a HELOC with my bank to consolidate all my debts. Sadly, my loan was pushed back to 06/02. Of course, I was told to send payoff statements and tell debtors that it would be paid off. Now it takes me running into almost 2 months behind. Of course this hurts mentally for someone that makes payments on time and waiting for this loan to pay off your debts & trying to pay some of the other high cost debts to appease the moment. So I received a Fedex on Thursday 05/12 with a letter stating that I owe an amount. Tell me why today 05/16 they send someone over to my house with the same letter to stick on my door. Now this is now called harassment. The emails daily, the calls. The law for debtors in NC states that only a certain amount of calls and letter is necessary before it becomes harassment. So to bring someone to my house and unannounced is first of all dangerous for them and ignorant on their part. I have now trespassed anyone saying that they are part of this company so hopefully they receive correspondence from the police department any day. They are weird. I don't want to hear about how they care about their customers because they really don't. I dealt with the Cary office with my car and made those payments on time. Same thing, my bank was trying to clear that with my HELOC but they handled it another way just to actually have them stop harassing me (thank you State Employees Credit Union). Some guy named Eric in their office that is new was so rude. I told him to stop calling me and talking to me and he said "No!" These people will soon shut down because companies like this never make it far. I've been with them since July 2019 and made EVERY SINGLE PAYMENT ON TIME. As soon as I became late because of this HELOC they lost their mind. I did deal with Keddrick. He moved to another department but he was the last person that acted very professional.
