I purchased tickets for a concert that was supposed to take place in December 2021. I purchased the tickets through Ticketmaster on September 17th 2021. The original concert date was postponed because of an issue with the artist. It was postponed to February 2022. They then cancelled it again and are yet to announce any other information. They've had my money for 6 months now. Ticketmaster will not refund my money saying that its the venue. I have called all the numbers on their website and either get an out of service number or a cell phone voicemail with now message. I've attempted contacting them on social media and all they do is delete my comments and not respond. I would like a refund of $139.95 and an explanation. They also did not share that they were cancelling until last minute which made it difficult for everyone driving out to see the show from out of town.
