      November 29 I went to Furniture World at *****************. I find furniture that I liked and asked how much it would cost to finance it. I give information so that that could be determined before purcasing product. I was told that would be the only way that this number could be determined. I was not told there was a fee to find out. I find the set that I wanted and it is black and costs close to $1000 for this particular set. I stated that I wanted to think about it first and would let them know if I wanted to proceed with getting the item. I called maybe two days later and asked if they could deliver it the next day. I receive a call a few days later from the delivery driver and he is going over the order and he informs me that he has a red set on the truck and that was for me. I stated I asked for black and I told him that I would not take the red. I called **** and I told him that I wanted the black and he sent me a picture of the red and I told him no that would not work. He told me that he would not be able to get the set in black for a couple of weeks. I then stated to just cancel the order I told him I didn't want to wait weeks for the item to come in. I then receive a call in January from **** and he asks if I want to use the credit on the account for another item in the store I said no. I had never questioned why he was asking me this two months later. About a week or two goes by I receive a call from someone at Furniture World and they are asking me if they could deliver the furniture set and stated that if I were to take it they would throw in a free trip to some type of Destination location. I told the first person no. Another person got on the phone and stated the same thing I told him no as well. He hang up the phone. Another person calls me from a different number a couple minutes later and he states loudly not asking but stating. You purchased this furniture on such and such date. He states to me we have proof of delivery and tells me I am going to be charged for this furniture. I tell him he is incorrect he began speaking louder. He hung the phone up on me that day.

      Bought a love seat and couch got the couch to my residence and it had a tear on it,they did replace it,after over a week the love seat started tearing from underneath the arm rest,l immediately went to the store and showed them pictures they said to bring it back but it ***** for a restocking fee,l in formed my insurance,since they recommended to them.On Sat the 30th they told me l could have the on display but had to b put together and for me to return later that evening, I returned a little after 3pm and they said I was no longer there after l told them that my insurance wanted pictures.The item can b repaired,but l should b compensated for with some type of discount,since the display is no longer available and they aid there is no other set in the color l chose to have.l came back on 2day 4/2 to speak with whom n charge and waited from 11:35-11:56 for a response,he finally called one of the associates on duty and told her about bringing it back and the charge.This is ridiculous.When l first inquired about the set and the delivery fee the cost was $100,then it up 2 $150,then,a assistance name ******* quoted $800,she said the price changes were due to gases prices.lm a senior on disability and live less than a minute away and these charges r ridiculous after l spent over $1000 on this set that ends up being damaged and they refuse to do nothing about,it is documented with my insur-since and l seeking further assistance on this issue, they r selling damaged furniture and over chargeing for the delivery fee,l even stated calling the News Startion and the associate replied go head that she had friends who worked at the station.l return-ed 2 this location n a total of 7 times to receive no justice,l even called on 3/28/24 at 6:56pm to discuss the issue and again who is very rude ******* said she was ready 2 get out of there and hung the phone up on me.lm letting everyone no, do not buy furniture from this location.*****************************

      Dec 24th, 2023 I purchased a discontinued display table, bedroom set, mattress, and sectional. I was told all items were available and that delivery could be made on our move-in day (Jan 1). The manager said that I would get a call from the warehouse to schedule delivery. The call came Dec 26, and I told the lady on the phone I couldnt have it delivered until Jan 1. She said, what about tomorrow? I said no I don't move in until the 1st. I never heard back and called again Dec 29, I was told that usually they wait until delivery day to call. Its Jan 1 10AM, still no call. I called the warehouse number back, and the lady asks for my invoice and says they have no paperwork with my name on it and can't find it. I give her the invoice. She tells me they have no delivery scheduled for me. She claims that the bedroom set I ordered never came in which makes NO sense b/c they tried delivering it early on the 26th. So I ask, did you sell it out from under me? she had NO response. Then a man takes the phone and kept yelling and talking over me until eventually I had to just hang up. SO then I drive to the store. I walk in and was recording and the "discontinued last model" dining room table I bought is still on the floor with a for sale sign on it. I also see my bedroom set sitting in there. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he claims he can't and doesn't know how. He tried to contact the manager and person we bought it from ******** and couldn't get a hold of him. The man SAID THEY WERE OUT MAKING DELIVERIES! He said the holiday had NOTHING to do with them making deliveries so he didn't understand why they were refusing to bring my stuff, I have this on recording. We hear from the manager ****** and he is also confused as to why we were told it couldn't be delivered. We informed him we just wanted to cancel to which he said "I need to talk to my higher ***** We get a call later from ****** who stated these so called "higher **** are refusing to cancel the order.

      You will notice the furniture is in my husband ******'s name, it should be noted he is active-duty military. Also, we did not sign this. This is what was provided to us.

      I purchased a LED Black Reclining Sectional on 3/7/23 from the ********** ** location and it was delivered same day. Upon installation the delivery guys realized that the sectional did not work properly and claimed that it was due to missing parts. They along with the store sales guys (Mohanad) who gave me his cellphone number (************) in case of any issue assured me that they would send someone out the next day to fix it. I waited the entire day and no one called to say anything. So I called Mohanad on 3/8/23 who did not answer from my phone number I listed on their accounts so after calling from my work number was able to get him. He claimed that the driver grabbed the wrong part and that it would be the next day 3/9/23 before they could come (never called to tell me this). Only have recliner reclines and only have LED lights work and it doesn't fit together as a recliner should.I also called the warehouse in *********** ** at this point to speak with a manager. I spoke to Karen who had me send her pictures of the sectional and she stayed she would "escalate this to the warehouse manager", never heard anything back down her. On 3/9/23 I missed a whole day from work and no call or no show from them so I called at 4pm and was ignored by both Mohanad and Karen from my personal cell number. I then got a text from Mohaned stating he would call me back and never did so I called Karen from my work number and she and in Spanish. When I asked for an update she then stated that it would now be 3/10/23 that they would send someone. I explained that I had work and was guaranteed it would be resolved 3/9/23. When I asked for a refund and to return furniture even if I had to pack it up and return myself her response was that she's just the messenger and tried to pass me back on the Burlington location. my requests to speak with the manager have been refused. They are claiming that it's as simple as switching out a cord on the recliner but how hard is it to deliver a cord.

      So I have bed like headboard and frame on layaway but I went to pay it off on 2/15/2023 they said that they will contact to deliver my bed. I said ok so the next morning on the 2/16/2023 I got a call on my way to my doctors appointment the person said they was coming to deliver my bed between 12pm-2pm I was like o I can’t schedule my own time. so I said I will be back at home by then. So the delivery people didn’t come until like2:45pm they put the bed up and then just left they didn’t ask me to sign anything. When I went to go see my new I saw that they have delivered and setup the wrong bed so I called the delivery department and lady name Andrea said that she has to find a delivery driver to commit to deliver the right bed I ordered and pick up the wrong one. So she said she would call me back I gave her a day didn’t hear back so I called back today 2/18/2023 and she said I have to wait until Monday I get the run around and I think I should get my delivery fee of $150 back because this is not my fault it there’s and they act careless about this issue the worse customer service ever how you going to deliver me the wrong bed and tell me we will come and get when we get ready and not offer me anything for this it’s crazy if I can’t get my bed I want my money back.

      On March 8th or 9th of 2022, I ordered a Bollywood sectional couch and a hanging bubble chair, the total was over $3,200. The salesman, Jordan, told me it would be here in two weeks(I have two witnesses that were present) I have yet to receive the merchandise, although I did receive an email from the finance company saying that Furniture World confirmed delivery on March 17, 2022. I was there all day no one ever came, called or texted me. I was told I would not have to begin making payments until I received the merchandise. Yet payments have been coming out of my account. I have called Furniture world 3 times, each time they ask me for the invoice number because they can’t find it. After I give them the information from the invoice they say they have to call me back, with a different excuse each time. I want my money back and the transaction canceled, and I do NOT want it touching my credit as if I am delinquent in payment because I am not. They simply have never delivered what I ordered and I do not want to pay for something I never received.

      Purchased an Impressions desk and mirror on sale for $899. Paid an additional $125.00 for delivery. Had to pay and additional $100.00 for putting together from another source. When items came they were not what we originally ordered at the store. We picked out the black Impressions desk and mirror with large lights, digital thermometer, time, temperature blue tooth speakers and two outlet plugs and a USB port. What was delivered was not what we picked out in the store. They delivered their desk and their mirror with a outlet for a different country. I did not pick out what was delivered. When I called to let them know that they sent the wrong vanity set, I was then told that they was selling their inventory at that price. I explained that I did not pick out their inventory and I did not purchase their inventory. Please send me what I ordered. I was told to get the Impression mirror and desk/vanity set I had to pay an additional $400. I explained that I did not pick these items out and I did not want their items. Salesman asked me how can he help me after becoming upset. I said just send me what I ordered and paid for. He refused. I told him that he can not sell me an Impression vanity set then deliver their product, that was against the law. He said that I could pay more to get the Impressions vanity. I told him to just give me what I ordered not his product. He refused.
