This company is towing cars parked in towable lots and then charging outrageous prices ($250 cash only) to get your car back. They even tow cars that were proven to be in the business of this towable lot and said the customer was in the store too long. Why is this not illegal? They do not give receipts to anyone and there are multiple complaints on Google of this company. They should not be allowed to do business like this. I understand doing your job but this is shady business.

We are committed to good service, and the situation you describe is certainly not the essence of what we strive to achieve. We wish your experience had been better, Impounded vehicles (improperly parked, parked in restricted are We are contracted by HOA's and property management companies and even property owners to enforce their specific rules and regulations for parking on their property. We DO NOT make the rules we simple enforce the rules that are in place. Follow all parking rules to avoid another tow in future.
