      On 09/04/21, my husband & I signed a contract for $10,929.20 with Renewal by Anderson to replace a kitchen window & triple sliding glass doors in our kitchen. At the time, we were verbally told that our project would probably be finished by Thanksgiving. In mid-December, after frustrating lack of communication & false promises, we did get our window installed, and it is beautiful. Since that time, we can only rarely get someone on the phone and when we do, we are usually told they were waiting on a piece of brick molding. Once 6 months went by, we had to start making payments on a product we don't have. Twice in the last month, we have been told that our installation was being scheduled and then no one showed up or called. The emotional roller coaster is frustrating & exhausting. Now no one will call us and it's been over 8 months. Please, please help us. We have tried to be patient but we have passed the ridiculous phase months ago. Thank you!

       I am rejecting this response because:  This is the same thing we have been told for the last eight (8) months.  We have been told repeatedly that they will call us, even promising  to call and then they rarely do.  I spoke with Michelle H*** on May 4th and she told me she would get back to me no later than Friday, May 6th.  She has not called and it is now after 5:00 pm on Monday, May 9th.  I was told some things on May 4th that I had never heard before and Michelle read me statements from people that are in our file that I know to be untruths.  My husband and I are honest people.  We do NOT lie.  Yet we have been lied to from the very beginning.  I do not believe anything that I am told by Anderson any more.  If our door had to be reordered and was not in their possession, why did they call us and schedule an installation for Monday, May 2nd?  We received no phone call from anyone.  No installer showed up or called.  We continue to have to take time off from work; clear walls & shelves in the work area, and live in chaos because we are stupid enough to believe them when they throw us a crumb.
