This company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They were to come out and install 2 storm doors and they never showed up on the first day I had scheduled, which I had to move my schedule around for that day. I never received a phone call, so I had to research and finally get ahold of someone only to have them say " they dropped the ball and no one knew they had the job to do". I then had to reschedule another day for them to come out, which had to be when I was working and when I came home I came home to the doors not installed properly. They wouldn't lock and one needs to be shut by using force from the outside and there are gaps in the door which lets the air in. I called and no one got back to me, I then went to the store where I bought the new doors and they finally got ahold of them and set up yet ANOTHER appointment, this time after work so I could be there, only to have no confirmation call from the installer. When I finally got ahold of someone at the installation time they had me on hold for 10 min as they tried to get answers and find out where the installer was. They finally found out he was an hour away. I then said I was writing this review and they got the owner on the phone only to be given the run around. This company does not have customer service or professionalism and I would not recommend doing any type of business with them.
