I contacted kings granite on 5/8/2022 after seeing an ad placed on ******** marketplace. Everything went smooth from the beginning they were prompt, set an appointment for measurement however he states it is done with a laser but it was not. I paid my deposit which I was told was to cover my stone. When stone arrived an appointment was made to install the granite on Friday 5/20/22They arrived and did not have the vanity sink that was needed for install. They started installing the countertops and the seam looked bad it was uneven and the installer was trying to grind it but it looked bad. I asked him about it and they took it apart and got it lined up much better but the area he ground on looked bad. Also the granite seems pitted as if it hasnt been fully polished. Also they told me my overhang would be one and a half inches and you will struggle to find any place its that or even uniform from one place to the next. They cut one piece the incorrect size it was to small.no holes were drilled for the faucets because their bit was dull per installer So they advised me they would be back Monday morning. They didnt show up Monday so I contacted them via text and was told 9 am Tuesday morning, they did not arrive then either. It was after 2 pm before one gentleman came. He drilled the holes for sink installed the vanity sink and cut backsplash to fit. I arrived and showed him the seam in the kitchen he began working on it. I went and looked at the vanity he had just worked on and saw it chipped on the front. I showed the installer he started yelling that it wasnt like that that I broke it and his boss said if I brought up one more problem they were taking the granite back. I said as long as you refund me and pay for my time no problem. I tried calling the contact I have and no answer texted for a return call and was sent text back saying that I stated problems before and never mentioned the vanity, how could I mention something that wasnt broke until they worked on
