      Down payment of $12,000.00 on cabinets. Unable to reach principal after numerous calls and texts regarding delivery of cabinets that were to be delivered 1-15-2024. Business location vacant with no forwarding address.

      Back on January 1, 2023, I ordered 21 door fronts and 10 drawer fronts from Best cabinet doors. The total for this order was $1951.11 which I paid with a credit card. I had ordered and received 4 doors previously from this company with no issues. It is now December 1, 2023 and I have no doors or drawers, no responses from my many emails and now the website looks as if they are out of business.

      On 2/11 2022 I signed a contract based on a sales representative visit to my home to replace the upper cabinets and resurface the lower cabinets - frame and drawers / doors only. The estimate was for $10,000 dollars. I paid the $5,000 deposit to start the process. Everything went great with the design phase - 3/12/2022 but when approved I never heard back when the project would start. After many calls and shuffling thru several different account managers for several months nothing happened. I made a trip to the factory and get a promise start date that didn't happen. On June my account was charged and additional $5,000 dollars and On Aug 5 another $5,000 dollar charge. I was in the middle of a $100,000 addition to my home and did not notice or reject these charges. Then cabinets just showed at my door without any notice. Then several weeks later the install team arrived on 8/29/ ***** without any advance notice as well. The installation of the top cabinets was excellent. Additional parts were needed to complete the top. They arrived without notice a month later. The top part was complete. Again several calls and emails went unaddressed for several months on the status of the lower cabinets. Then in Feb 2023 the drawer fronts were delivered- no advance notice. Then the company no lo her responded to calls or emails. I went to the bank for the two unauthorized charges to my credit card to no avail due to the timeframe. I had my cabinets finished by another company on 7/26/2023. This company should be shut down due to unauthorized charges and failure to complete the job per the contract the salesman committed.

      I am a Custom Home builder in the *********, ** area. I was sold the services of Cabinet Solutions in 2021. Since then I have contracted them to provide and install cabinets on 5 jobs for my company. They have completely finished 1 based on the original scope of work. I now have 4 jobs that are not completed and or still missing cabinets. My trade partners are a reflection of me and my company. I am hiring another cabinet company to finish their incomplete work out of my pocket. I have been in business for over 25 years and I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and crooked business practices. They stop all communication once they are paid, the owner ***** will lie straight to your face. I am a person that values integrity and *************************** has none. The more I dig into him and his business history this appears to be his standard operating procedure. He plays the ***************** game while burning bridges and loosing customers while driving each company he has ever ran into the ground. BUYERS BEWARE, DO NOT USE CABINET SOLUTIONS!

      I placed an order with Cabinet Solutions, aka Cabinet Door World, on 12-16-22 for some cabinet drawers and drawer fronts. We did a payment withdrawal from my business checking account for $1276.69. I did not receive a confirmation of the transaction, nor did I hear anything from Cabinet Solutions for the first couple months. I then tried to call them. It is the same recording and says the mailbox is full daily. I then tried email, which they have responded to. *** requested the order confirmation, which they have ignored, but had confirmed the cabinets were ready for finishing on 2-6-23. On 2-9-23, I was told the order would be shipped in **** business days or sooner. I was told the order was palletized on 3-13-23 and they were just waiting on the courier pick up. On 3-23-23 I was told they were having shipping issues and that they will get me more info in the morning. I asked for the name of the courier and they said they dont have it. Morning came and went with no contact or info. *** reached out again and again and continue to get the run around. Some emails come through ********************************************************** while others come through ***************************************** There are 2 websites. It appears I am not the only one who has the same complaint. I would like my money back. Thank you for your help!!

      On 11/12/2021, a salesperson from Cabinet Solutions came to my home and gave an estimate of $28k for a kitchen cabinet remodel. I accepted the quote and there was a 50% deposit ($14k) that was required to start the job. I told them that we would start the remodel in a few months and they were ok with it. My wife and I went to the factory the following week to take a tour with **** from the company. Later that month I had a family emergency and I couldnt start the cabinets right away. I contacted **** and she said it would be ok to start later. My father ended up passing away on Thanksgiving 2021 and I contacted **** to let he know that I could start the following January 2022. She said it was fine.I started to contact **** on January 2022 to let her know that we could start. She never called back. I left multiple emails, texts, voicemails and got no response. I kept calling for months because I figured they were really busy. I never got a response.Then on 7/22/2022, my credit card was charged $14k from Cabinet Solutions. I tried to contact the company at the main number, but it just goes to voicemail. I have left dozens of voicemails and no response.Then on 8/23/2022, my credit card was charged again for $14k from Cabinet Solutions. I again called multiple times with no response. To date, Cabinet Solutions has charged me $42k for cabinets that originally was supposed to cost $28k. I am out $42k and no cabinets to show for it.This company is fraudulent and should not be allowed to do business in **************. There are hundreds of complaints about this company and nothing is being done about it.I am asking for your help to recover my money. Not only did I lose my father in the wake of all this, but I have also lost $42k and my credit is been affected. They took my situation and used it to there advantage.

      We purchased cabinets exactly a year ago with a promise that they would install before Thanksgiving. The cabinets were installed the week before thanksgiving with numerous problems. It is now 2 months later and my kitchen is not complete. Waiting for drawers under kitchen sink, side panels for island, a door that has a paint smidge, cabinet door on appliance garages to be installed with correct hinges, hardware and molding around island. We call and email almost daily and no response. We were working with *** and then ****** but neither have contacted us in the last 3 weeks. Even drove there and no one answered door. Communication does not exist and we have no idea when they will be back. We want our kitchen to be completed or money refunded so we can hire someone else to complete it.

      September 15, 2021 signed a work order for cabinets, countertop, and backspash. We paid the total up front $15250.00. The cabinets were finally delivered 11 months later. When we contacted the countertop vendor to schedule a measurement, we were informed that they were no longer doing work for Cabinet Solutions. All phone calls and email have went unanswered. We even tried to send two certified letters to the business and both times the they refused to sign for the letters. We are procedding with a lawsuit in small claims court.

      Feb 24, ***************************************** my home for a new kitchen- custom cabinets, hardware and granite top all included as stated on my purchase order. I had to pay in full at the time due to it being a custom design. I was advised it would take 14 to 20 weeks for them to complete my kitchen. We are now at week 45 and I do NOT have a completed kitchen. I have had issue after issue with getting any answers from the company. Many of the people I have dealt with within the company no longer work there. I have taken days off of work since i was told they were coming to deliver my cabinets and never showed up. The granite company I was told to pick my granite from doesnt work with cabinet solutions any longer. I have numerous emails showing the lack of response, and professionalism of this company. As well as recordings of my interactions with employees at their company. At this point, I want money back from them to cover the granite and hardware that I have chosen.

      I signed the contract & paid $4,900 on 4/26. They cabinets were supposed to be installed within 12 weeks. Theyve given me nothing but lies & the run around since. My cabinets still arent installed. I cant move back into my house until my cabinets are installed.
