Outdoor limited sold me steel cored 5.56 bullets which are unable to be shot at my local range. I was unaware of them being steel cored, as their description only included brass casing and FMJ. Being new into guns, I wasnt aware they could still be steel cored. Wish they included that in their description. When I reached out they stated they dont allow returns, and they wont refund my order either. Now I have wasted $150 on ammo thats effectively worthless to me. Not friendly period, especially to new gun enthusiast. Im going to avoid from now on.Outdoor Limited

Sorry about that. We are unable to accept returns on ammunition due to dot and liability issues. We do state that on our website prior to purchasing. The item you purchased did have the steel core in the title.Prvi PPU 5.56x45mm **** Ammunition PPSS109 62 Grain SS109 Steel Core Full Metal Jacket Green *** (***s Not Painted) 20 Rounds There are many ranges that do allow ss109 ammo as it is one of the most popular 5.56 loads. Prices are normally better than anywhere else, even big box store sales. Shipping has always been prompt and merch has been in good shape. Not Impressed. I ordered several types of ammo, and they shipped an incorrect shotgun shell size, which my gun wont take. Total cost for both boxes 40$. I called, and the answering employee said to take a photo to prove it was wrong. i did, they replied acknowledging their mistake, then told me I had to fill some form out, which required more pictures attached before it would submit, and they could decide how to get the incorrect boxes back, send me the correct ones, etc. I had already spent more time and effort than I ever saved with this 200$ order. Can you imagine packing, sending ammo through the mail nowadays? A quality firm would have said, "Im so sorry, well overnight you your correct order, no need to send back the useless ammo". I would give zero stars, but I had to click one to submit this review.Outdoor Limited

Sorry about that. The manufacturer invoiced us for 2.5" 410 shells but sent us 3". It was not discovered until we had already sold a few orders. We have corrected the listing and working with customers to get the incorrect ammo back for a full refund.Outdoor Limited

Zero stars!! Buyer beware!!!!!! Package arrived items inside were packaged poorly and damaged and half of the order was missing. **************** stated the manager packed the package and knows for a fact he put everything in the box. Since the manager was sure he did his job correctly they could not help me out in anyway. Now i am out tons of money and did not receive ammo purchased. Asked for proof or a photo he put the items in the box and they refused to provide any proof or details and said i was out of luck. They are running a scam. The box weight stated 20lbs and arrival weight was 13lbs. the box was not tampered with so Im assuming they weight the items and remove them before shipping for their own personal gain. customer service is a joke and will never do business with them again. sad part is i have read multiple reviews of this same issue with this company.Outdoor Limited

I would give these idiots no stars if it were possible. I ordered 5 boxes of 9mm ammo 1/1/24 and it was scheduled for delivery on 1/9. I received no notice, no apology and had to email the company to get a half-baked excuse about weather conditions causing delays. The shipping label wasn't even created until days later after the order was received and only handed off to UPS on the 9th. There is no excuse for this poor performance or for not answering the phone when clients call. They are quite simply a ****-poor excuse for a business and should be shut down. Because of them I will NEVER purchase ammo online again. I'll pay more locally to avoid the drama. You people should do the gun industry a favor and leave it to the real professionals.Outdoor Limited

To that I will say this: The website states a 3-4 business day shipping delay. I ordered on 1/1/24 so 4 business days later would be would have been Friday, the 5th which would still put it on track for the 9th or somewhere thereabouts. Someone dropped the ball and I'd rather have just heard that than the myriad of excuses that I was presented with. When I screw up I usually own it-and I make mistakes everyday. To compound matters, as retaliation for the crass manner in which I spoke to them and the poor review the company reversed the shipment and tried to guise it as customer satisfaction. What this was meant to do was further inconvenience and irritate me. This company has an "explanation" for everything but all they really are, are excuses. I would have been satisfied with an apology that I never received and an admission of a mistake being made as I believe that is what happened. As a network penetration tester I have the power to disrupt IT operations for just about any firm I choose. Unfortunately, I work for the good guys so you are safe from me. I recently took down a Fortune company as part of a security test by that company. I could have easily done so to you. I want you to consider what 250 rounds of 9mm ammo and poor customer service can actually cost you-you never know who you're locking horns with and you don't trifle with gray hats. Ordered 2000 rounds of 223 ammo..arrived in one box with 2 1000 rd boxes inside...one box was a reloaded brand in a plastic bag...outdoor limited said they didn't sell that kind..they said it must've gotten switched during transit and won't do anything..beware.Outdoor Limited

The order you placed was for Armscor 223 ammo. You sent a picture with USCR US Cartridge Ammo. We do not sell that type of ammunition. The only company that sells that ammunition is *********.com. Terrible company to deal with,couldn't confirm order ,when placed a day later. Called back to find out the problem,talked to a different rep. And they sent me the wrong primers. Called them to find out what happened and what could be done to rectify the problem. They told me to pay shipping and hazardous charges and they would credit my acct. for the primers only.Outdoor Limited

I ordered from this company on Friday, May 19. I got my package today, Thursday May 25. I have absolutely no problem with that. The package was over boxed as I requested and well secured inside. All the negative comments about this company, it's time someone says something good about them. I got the product at a good and fair price with what I consider to be a great shipping turn around over the weekend. I will not be hesitant from ordering from them again. I ordered 4 of 10 rd magazines for my AR, they delivered 4 of 30 rd magazines. They won't refund my order until they confirmed those returned to them by carrier even though their fault. My FFL ship it back to them but they still waiting till they have it on hand ( they said they will refund once the carrier confirmed) and now they started to process my refund. It has been around 20 days from the date I got the wrong items and I still waiting for my refund. They are really SUCK for customer service.Outdoor Limited
