BEWARE OF FSN- THEY ARE NOT A CREDITED COMPANY. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT-IT TOOK THEM DAYS TO RESPOND - THEN, I SENT MESSAGE GIVING THEM ******************************************************************************** REFERENCE TO THE DATES I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Contacted Furniture Network Solutions to repair a tear in a couch cushion. Uploaded necessary pictures to their website and a part was ordered. We were instructed to wait 90 days for delivery of part. We were contacted approximately 70 days later that the part was in. Since then we have made 3 service appointments for a technician to come out and make the repair. Each appointment we waited the 4 hour requested block of time. Twice the technician did not show and once he called to say he wouldn't make it because he was running late on another call. My husband had made numerous calls to get this resolved and try and speak to a manager. So far it has been several months and still no resolution. We are still waiting to speak with a manager. I highly discourage anyone from purchasing a warranty or any services from this company.Review from Ken S

I am very frustrated with Furniture Solutions Network. This is the second time I've dealt with this company and first time was long and arduous. Yes, they fixed the issue the first time but it took 2+ months to be able to use the piece of furniture. They confirmed today's appointment (8/27) back on 7/24. I get a text from *** Pro last night at 7:30pm that due to problems at home, he will not be able to come and that "your service will be reassigned and rescheduled. Your warranty will contact you to reschedule it." I replied "Please reschedule as soon as possible. We understand that problems happen but I am not happy. We had planned accordingly for tomorrow." To which he replied "we'll do. I already told them and they will contact you soon." Then this morning I get a text from the company "reminding me that my appointment window is between 8:00 AM and 12:00 pm today. You will be contacted when the technician is enroute to your home." H E L L O, he canceled last night at 7:30 pm and he advised you of this! Seriously? Oh by the way, it will probably be another month before their FSN Pro can out to assess the problem which he/she will have to advise the furniture company so they can order the part that will probably be needed which will take 1-3 weeks before it arrives at which point I will be requested to take a pictures of the box and contents and send them in at which point they will schedule another appointment to install so we are probably looking at another 2 months or more. I know that you're exhausted reading this as I am in typing it. The company appears to have no flexibility in dealing with personnel crises. Life is full of them ***, build some bend into your business. Your customers customers time is important, True customer service is recognizing that.Review from John T

TThe furniture I bought from ****** Furniture in ******** ** had issue within 8 weeks of purchase. They sent Furniture Solutions Network LLC to come and provided instructions on how to fix this on 4/2/2024. The repairmen came took a hammer out, walk around and took some pictures only. Repeated many times indicating that this is bad manufacturing and manufacturing defect. Repairmen left about 15 minutes without doing anything and indicated again it is a manufacturing defect.However, the repairmen reported customer reluctance/refusal to fix the issues to furniture company which is a complete lied. Why would I wait almost five hours for them to arrive and refuse their service. I said and did nothing to deter the fix. This really solidify why FSN has a F rating. They get paid by a furniture company and makes false claims on their report to the furniture company.Review from Jose R

The worst thing I've ever purchased was the warranty I purchased for my adjustable bed from American Signature Furniture. The warranty department referred to, Furniture Solutions Network, has provided an abysmal service that borders on fraudulent misrepresentation.A technician was sent to inspect the bed on 2/14/24. The technician confirmed that the bed was indeed broken, and a part replacement was necessary.On 3/4/24 over 2 weeks since the inspection, Furniture Solutions Network had not approved the technician's service request. I was informed that even after approval, it would take an additional 8 to 12 weeks for the parts to arrive.This level of delay is utterly unacceptable. I purchased the warranty to ensure prompt and reliable service in the event of a breakdown, yet I have been met with nothing but frustration and inconvenience. It feels like a betrayal of trust and a clear case of fraudulent practices.I urge American Signature Furniture to review its partnership with Furniture Solutions Network and reconsider offering their warranty services to customers. I reached out to American Signature Furniture and spoke with *********, a corporate office supervisor. I expressed my concerns about the lengthy process involved in resolving my claim. ********* informed me that this extended timeline is standard procedure and indicated that there is little flexibility in expediting the resolution. She offered no viable solutions or alternatives. As a result, I am left feeling extremely dissatisfied with the lack of assistance or effort to address the issue.The notion of waiting several weeks for technician approval followed by several months for a part to arrive is utterly unheard of. It is incomprehensible that from the time of my initial complaint to achieving a resolution, it could take almost six months before my bed is repaired. WORSE THAN BAD ! FSN is useless as a third party warranty repair service. We purchased an adjustable king bed base with an additional 10yr warranty . It is now 8 yo and stopped operating in a position that is not acceptable to sleep. FSN says they tried to call, but we work and are not always available to answer. They do like to text and email, but then don’t seem to check those for responses. They keep offering us one day in two weeks or another in 4 weeks. No flexibility to work to your schedule. Thought we finally had an appt Jan 31 ( been unusable since Jan 3.). Now they say we didnt’t respond. Perhaps they do better if you are paying $$ instead of being a third party for furniture repair. I do appreciate the phone call today. But we decided to cut our losses and replaced the base so that we could sleep in our bed. Look at the reviews. I am not the only one. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We bought a leather sectional from Discount Diresct in March-2023 We had a small tear in the leather seat. We called and scheduled a tech to repair (we waited 5-6 weeks) The Tech came out, said he was not qualified, waited another month for a "Qualified" tech to no avail. Terrible customer service. I purchased their furniture warranty offered by American Signature Furniture and much to my regret. Every time U called for service u had to call many times and it would take over a month for them to send a tech. The last tech was not able to resolve the issue the recliner had. The company offered a cash settlement of the option to replace. Now that I am ready to accept either or they said my case has been closed and I no longer have an option. The furniture staff tried to reach out on my behalf and they told them the case was closed. I have left numerous messages for them to overturn their decision as I am keeping the original furniture and they do not reply. I either want the cash offer of for them to grant the rest of the warranty period that I have left on the furniture and that I paid for at time if purchase.Review from Anna L

Purchased a recliner through Living Spaces. Broke before the end of 1st year. Have a 5 year warranty. Referred to Furniture Solutions Network. Tried changing address with Living Spaces, didn't happen. Called 3 times to change my address with Furniture Solutions Network. Had my appt for Nov. 6th 2023, they cancelled my appt. Did not notify me my appt was cancelled until I called to confirm the Tech was coming. So now I've wasted my time because the phone operators did not follow through with doing their jobs. Very poor service. I would stay clear of Furniture Solutions Network and Living Spaces (2nd recliner that broke from Living Spaces).Furniture Solutions Network LLC Response

Hello, I wanted to apologize for the experience in not being able to service you on the original agreed upon date. We looked into the order and we show that a call was made into Furniture Solutions Network on 11/4/23 advising of the change of address. At that time the address was updated in our system. The technician sent new dates and times on Sunday 11/5/23 through text and email at 5:01 pm due to not being in the area of the updated address on Monday the 6th. Again, we are very sorry the original requests to change your address did not get updated. Horrible company. They left stuff all over my house which caused my puppy to be rushed to the vet… talked with them multiple times and now they refuse to service my house! Horrible CEO also called and said sorry promised a gift card which I didn’t care about but never sent it and said he would send another. This company is complete trash!!!
