    On 10/11 I purchased a certified used Cadillac from Vann York Nissan, paid $1,000 down . On 11/5 (3 weeks later) the check engine light came on while I was on my way home from work. The car then began to shake severely and made a loud rumbling noise. I pulled over to the side of the road and called the dealership. I was advised by the service manager to bring the car in as it has a certified select warranty. I told them I cant bring them the car because I cant drive it 2 hours away. They advised to take it to a Nissan dealership near me but has to be a Nissan dealership because that is who the warranty is through. I called Nissan to scheduled an appointment for service but they advised that it had to go to Cadillac because they couldnt fix it so I immediately took the car to Cadillac. On Friday 11/8 I got an estimate from Cadillac for $4,600. After speaking to the service adviser I was advised that it had a significant oil leak and the routine maintenance had not been done in quite sometime. They also advise that all the service engine codes had recently been cleared out so they wherent able to tell what was causing the service engine light but possibly related to the oil leak. I call **** **** to advise what I was told by Cadillac service department and have been getting the run around since Friday. I was finally able to speak to the finance manager today who advised me that the repairs are routine maintenance repairs and most likely not covered under the warranty. When asked why routine maintenance wasnt completed prior to sell of the vehicle he told me that there was an oil change done on the vehicle in September and it passed maintenance inspection but offered no other assistance

    I purchased a truck from the dealership, and after ************************************************************************ to prove ownership of the vehicle, meaning I cant title or register it, and as of tomorrow, I wont be able to drive it legally. Since they are refusing to fulfill their end of the transaction by providing the documentation, they should refund my money and come pick up the truck (or they should face fraud charges, but Id prefer to avoid legal action).

    Purchased my vehicle at *********************************. Because a didnt give them the highest rating on service they told me they no longer gonna service my vehicle!
