              In the fall of 2021, I prepaid for 2022 service. The attached bill shows the basic program is 7 treatments which is what I paid for (prepayment amount). I cancelled one of the services this fall and said to credit my account to go against the billing statement for 2023. Weed man will not credit my account and is saying the bill was only for 6 treatments and did me a favor adjusting it. They didn't do me a favor as I never asked them to adjust it as I didn't know I would cancel a treatment in 2022. They never told me they were adjusting it and I didn't know because no where on the bill did they indicate what the per treatment cost was. When I recieve a bill that says 7 treatments for $300 cost ($279 prepay), that is what I expect to recieve. Weed man can't come back now after the fact and tell me it was only for 6 treatments, as I may have made a decision to not hire them for 2022 given that per treatment cost is much higher than what I thought was the treatment cost based on the billing statement. I want a refund ($39.85) for the treatment not provided for which I paid as the billing statement clearly indicates 7 treatments, for $300 ($279 prepay).

              I recieved my first treatmeant about 2 weeks ago , I was pleased with the service, some of my weeds were gone and grass thicker. I did request a retreat due to still having weeds. They were to come out on 08/01/23, no one ever came. I noticed the next morning there was a "you were serviced" flag on my lawn. I checked my cameras and 5:50pm the flag was placed and the man left. I called the company and said I was supposed to be serviced and wasnt. She said it looks like they were out there yesterday morning (im assuming her thinking no one was home). I advised I work from home and was home all day and in fact someone put a "serviced" flag in around 5:50pm. She then said , there must of been standing water and he put the flag there to let me know he stopped by. Why wouldnt someone come to the door to explain that, they were hoping we just assumed it was done. Im willing to bet they put those flags down during the day when people are not home and not do the service. I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges.
