Purchased a new computer 5/13/21 pay tomorrow was the financing company . Made a inyitial payment ****** by June 3, had no information on when computer would arrive or was it being built contacted pay tomorrow they suspended payments until July for I had yet to receive during June I made several calls and emails to computer company asking where my new system was never received a response contacted pay tomorrow in July asking that order be cancelled in mid July i calendar again asking for my refund of intitial payments they said computer was delivered . This was not true because the delivery date given me was actually May 13, 2021 2 days before I ever placed the order impossible *** informed me package never left ******* due to hurricane which is easily verified pay tomorrow for the next 5 months keeps telling they were cancelling the contract and would refind my money . In December 2021, receive an email saying I contacted comouter company about repair of my computer which is a lie because I already proved computer was never received and was confirmed by company and showed as cancelled on order number I asked for proof of the email they sent me a copy of an email that was spelled different then mine and said repaired . It was a fake document after that my calls were not returned ** nor emails answered now they tell me its in collections and they will repo something I never received . They have lied to me stalled and have not responded to several emails including. Documentation showing I never received said computer .they leave me no choice but to file a small claims case for my ******z. Lastly they have shown the most unprofessional business practice ever by trying to pass off a fake document They are clearly trying to collect from me because a company did not fulfill its obligation which I might add has several complaints for this exact problem . Obvious they are shady

PayTomorrow ***************** was informed by Origin (the Merchant) that the computer was delivered on 7/13/21 and they provided the tracking numbers, UPS Track# 1Z6979564269268377   The report indicated that the items were left at the front desk of your apartment building.
We also have emails from the Merchant that they received from ********** discussing operational speed of the unit and questions about an upgrade. This would indicate that the computer was received.
The process for refunds has to be initiated by the merchant. Once the merchant agrees to the refund, they will process it in the dashboard which will inform us to begin the process. Our contract with the merchant prohibits us from processing refunds without their consent. Since we have not received their consent we are continuing to try to collect on the contract the ********** signed.

      Complaint: 16895683

I am rejecting this response because:

this response backs up my claim exactly first of all who leaves a 3.000.00 computer outside the front door of an apartment complex .  The delivery record form the receiving **** at the building I live shows no delivery to me anything that day or the following 2 days there were no packages checked in for me .  During the dates listed the office of tbe building was closed due to covid 19 restrictions . Upon further investigation to this claim of the item being delivered *** told me the shipment never made it here and was returned to the merchant after hurricane had flooded the airport where package was located .. Its  not my responsibility to get the Merchant to refund pay tomorrow for the lost or non delivered item  I never received it so they need to stop billing me or threatening me with collections and they need to refund me the initial payment of 276.44

In addition the only calls I made to Origin PC was inquiring what to do because I had NOT received the computer . They informed me the order was canceled back in July 2021 . The email they said I made to origin was not my email and was spelled incorrectly . Which leans me to believe someone is scamming either PT or Origin either way I am not responsible for an item I never received . I would be glad to pay if they send a replacement  with updated components however they will not so again I respectfully request this be cleared and in refunded for my 276.44

      Sincerely,

      ***************

Our relationship is strictly a financial one. You asked us to pay Origin on your behalf for a computer you ordered. We attempted to mediate and find a resolve. However Origin is able to provide proof the laptop was delivered and correspondence regarding your laptop. It would seem you need to correct this with Origin as they are the ones responsible for shipping. Our hands are tied until the merchant indicates a refund is due.

Then i called the tire agent and found out that they ran a second loan through KRW ************** and the loan was given and products where shipped to and address of *********************************************************. I was told that no verified address on file under my name was checked.NOR did anyone verify any info related to me other they a phone call and a name. This kind of fraud is taking place all over the world and venders need to verify much better then they did.

Identity theft is something we take very seriously at PayTomorrow. When the application was created, we verified the name, address and the social security number. We run applications through two different fraud programs as well. The individual who used your information knew the  correct answers to all the questions asked. The change of address was not authorized through PayTomorrow. The shipping address was changed by an outside vendor.

I purchased a product and used pay tomorrow, however I was never told about a lease to loan to own. A representative called me a few days later and asked if I still wanted to sign. I explained I don't understand the terms, is it a lease or a loan? They said I applied for a LOAN and I never signed two agreements so where is the lease coming from? This is shady business at best and I feel I was lied to and taken advantage of

Mr. **** was displayed the terms of our agreement during the application process. He would have had to agree to the Lease and Loan terms before completing the application. We also mailed a copy of both contracts to the email provided on the application as soon as he selected his terms. If he has the loan contract then he has he lease contract as they are sent together. Lastly we made a welcome call on 5-5-2021 in which we specifically reference both the lease and the loan contracts.  We have been very clear with the terms of our financing.

Debbie D*** continues to email me about sending in my information (such as my license, proof of address, bank statement) to confirm the loan which I have no problem doing but I've asked the same question a week apart the same day she has emailed me about getting the information. I'm unsatisfied with that situation. I asked her the question the first time and didn't hear back from her until I received an email August 9th from her saying that if I didn't send in my information by August 10th, that the agreement would be cancelled. Right after I received that email I asked the same question again and still haven't gotten a response and it's been two business days. (Today is August 11th).

This company has given us conflicting information on the balance owed since June 2021. I was told the payoff was $211 in June. We ended up paying $230 in August to close the account and the website showed us still owing $230. I called today Tuesday, August 10 and asked for a supervisor. I was told supervisor, Joanne S**********, would not be in the office until Monday. I was connected to another employee's email. I am not satisfied with the explanation offered as it contradicts the balance amount I have in writing. They have attempted to overcharge us and were confronted. I wonder how many others they have stolen from this way.
