According to 15 U.S.C 1681s-2(a)(1)(A) and (B)to report inaccurate informationPlease DELETE this information from my credit report, pursuant to section 611 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681i, and send the required notifications to all furnishers of this information.According to 15 USC 168i(15) the credit bureaus have to modify or Delete fraud Account that are not reporting accurately. According to 15 USC 1681b(1) the credit bureaus dont have no written permission. According to 15 USC 1681 have the right to privacy According to 15 USC 168s- 2 A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate . I was lied to and mislead with fraudulent information to use this company to finance 4 tires. I was told that I would be bill for 9 months of ****** to pay for the tires. Unknown to me that the 9 months was only to lease the tires and then the would be another 9 months of payment to then be in the process of actually buying them. Why would I spend 9 months leasing first to then turn around and spend another 9 months buying. They are very misleading and tell you one thing but send confusing contracts that say another. Companies like this should not be allowed to prey on poor people to get rich. The are charging double the cost for the merchandise. Where is the regulation for Companies such as this one.Business response

This business is VERY PREDATORY I also believe they are violation credit laws in my state which i am currently seeking legal representation to take this company to court. Nowhere did they disclose to me that the tire loan we got was there a lease and buy option. 2 different loan amounts they claim one was a lease one was a loan and they both have different amounts showing financed. On top of that they reported to the credit bureaus one amount when i went to pay it off they said that was the lease balance not the loan balance when inquired on what that meant she basically said i had to pay another 2000 to satisfy the loan which was 2000 already and another 2000 in finance charges meaning 100% interest!!! How are they still in business I should have read all the complaints before doing business with them. BUYER BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!Business response

Their response is always the same!! Look at all their complaints and their responses its like its computer generated! Nobody has contacted me to resolve this issue nor will I be paying anymore to this company! Like I mentioned in my complaint I have reached out to an attorney who deals with predatory credit practices and hopefully this will shake the company up and they will change their policies going forward! MY HOPE IS THAT PEOPLE READ THIS COMPLAINT BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND STAY AWAY GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR YOU WILL FALL INTO THEIR TRAP!!!!Initial Complaint

I bought some 18" wire wheels form wheel specialist on April 13th, the wheels included tires,wheels,spinners,adapters and installation tool. ******** took a month to ship, shipment came incomplete, I reached out to merchant as well as Pay Tomorrow, both of the don't acknowledge my frustration with this situation, but no way to get then to comply. Wheel Specialist is getting 3k for those wheels, Pay Tomorrow is getting 1k for financing and I still can't get my wheels mounted. They keep pulling the money out of my account $89.00 every week, and are holding my credit as a hostage. The "legal document" that they cake up with doesn't include all the parts that were part of the sale, it doesn't show any kind of consequences to the merchant for nor meeting their part of the deal, but it does say all the bad things that will happen to me and my credit if I miss a payment, along with all the extra charges that I would be forced yo pay, and if I don't return the wheels my account will then be reported as delinquent. I asked pay tomorrow to drop a certain percentage of the overall price, since ******** is not fulfilling his end of the transaction, plus I had to spend additional money getting the parts merchant failed to send. For 4k I think the transaction should had been a more pleasant experience, but it has turned into a nightmare that I can't wake up from. I would much rather return the wheels, get whatever $ I have spent on it back. The wheels are still in their original package, because I haven't been able to mount then. We're going into the third month since I purchased them. I have sent email after email to pay tomorrow, and I stopped with Wheel specialist because it's a dead line.Business response

The Business offers financing but does not disclose in the advertisement that there is a lease loan and term loan which is basically charging a consumer 50% interest on the product. Advertisement state 12 months then sends two contracts to sign once signed the company provides a welcome call explaining your options to pay. Original cost 900. Total cost *******Business response

I would like to know this is going to be addressed before closing the episode. I believe a response to how this will be fixed is appropriate and not a conversation which is what I had with the person I spoke to on the phone who basically stated it is what it is and because you failed to see this before Feb you have to pay.Business response

Paytomorrow will not be able to adjust the finance type. The only financial products we offer are a lease to loan to own. WE have sent a link of the application recording to the customer. During the recording it outlines the terms for repayment.

Account number *****. I reached out to ********************** in February to ask for a reduce payment amount over losing an income in my household. They agreed to lower my monthly payment to keep me on track. After making my payments as agreed upon from pay tomorrow, on April 27th I received a email from the one credit reporting agency saying new account showing with negative remarks. Pay tomorrow reported my account since December as 180 days late lowering my credit score to all 3 major credit bureaus. At no time when I asked to lower to monthly payment was this mentioned to me from them. When I reached out to pay-tomorrow on April 26th to ask about this, customer service rep said your late we only agreed to for a payment reduction one time , funny cause my payments are automatically deducted from my bank account on the 24th of each month and March you took the deducted payment agreed upon plus tried on April 24th for same account agreed upon. Rep stated also they just got approved to report stuff to the credit Bureau , company is full lies and now have ruined my credit lowering my credit score with this negative and fake report. Im asking them at this point to agree and remove all negative remarks plus this account on my 3 credit bureaus reports as they falsely reported wrong information. My next step will be filing a complaint with the state attorney office , plus hiring an attorney to file a lawsuit for wrongful business infractions. I will be going ahead and paying off the last $400 of this loan May 6th week instead of doing the payment reduction plan since they want to report false information.Business response

Paytomorrow has falsely claimed my account have not been paid in full and have reported to the credit bureaus which negatively impacted my credit score. The last payment that was owed to the company was $7.36 which was automatically taken out of my account. This was the last payment!Business response

In March 2023, I financed tires for $865.22. My contract stated 26 payments of $30.24, totaling $816.36. I have already paid $816.48, exceeding the agreed minimum.The company website shows an "Early Buyout" of $952.64 and an "Early Payout Quote" of $1,425.24. They claim I signed two contracts: a lease AND a loan with 12% interest. This was never explained to me.Even accounting for 12% interest, the additional amount owed is excessive. The website lacks transparency, provides no payment history, and I cannot remove my card information. **************** was abusive when I expressed concerns.The provided lease document lacks an account number and start date and is for a suspiciously lower sale price of $608.88, which still doesn't account for a balance of $952.65. It also appears unsigned. I do not recall signing two contracts. This feels like a predatory lending practice. I demand an explanation of the charges and the removal of my payment information.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I got a phone call from ***** who again, proceeded to start yelling at me so I hung up. Paytomorrow insists that I two signed contracts totally $1425.36 for 24 months. I explained I have never received two contracts let alone signed two contracts. I signed ONE contract for the original purchase amount of $865.22 that was for 27 bi-weekly payments. If they're correct about the 12% interest then at the MOST I owe this company ******. However, at this time I have satisfied the terms in the LOAN agreement by paying ******. My signature is NOT on either of these contracts, nor are they even dated. The lease has ZERO information on it about start dates etc and it doesn't even have an account number. I would not ever agree to pay for a $865 purchase with an overage cost of $560. It defeats the purpose of financing. I explained that those are not my LEGAL signatures and are typed versions of my name. She states that I would have HAD to sign these contracts for me to make the purchase. It's also worth noting that according to my credit report, as of 2/27/2024, I have one open account with ********************** and only owe $120. Seeking legal counsel.Business response

This company keeps contacting me after I have told them numerous times I don't have any knowledge of a debt I owe to them and that if it is something that was purchased under my name it's incorrect and not me who purchased. I was a victim of identity fraud last year and I have a freeze on my information. I would like them to stop contacting me and threatening to report me to credit bureaus.Business response

Pay Tomorrow LLC. Owns the title to my motorcycle which has been paid off.. two people from Pay Tomorrow are on the Title as lien holder and another that released the lien to UOwn, these are sister companies. UOwn sent a release of lien but PAY TOMORROW, ************************* name is on the title. And released to someone, Im guessing UOwn. Last year.. I need my title release, from **** and only ****.
