    As a previous Realtor myself, I am appalled at the way the owner at HomeFront Realty conducts business, no call backs and rude emails!! We entered into a one lease, because my husband works all over the ** and we needed a place in the area.After signing the lease, we were told the home was ready to move in and when we got there, it was disgustingly dirty, some of the previous tenants things still there, the patio/grass we saw when viewing the home was ripped out and we were left with a dirt backyard, (we have a dog) I contacted them right away, I was told to fill out the inspection sheet and take pictures or they couldnt help me) We dont have a choice, so we moved in and cleaned the place ourselves! We sent a list of items that needed to be addressed (exposed wires on the front doorbell that was missing, the back slider lock key didnt work, so no security, areas where paint was never finished, water dripping down the front of the fridge from ice maker, a hole in the carpet that I was told would be replaced, etc, etc I was told, none of these items should hinder us from moving in! It took from April until August to get the lock fixed their idea of fixing it, was to give me a pole that stops the door from opening. The entire rental experience was a nightmare! We decided to move out and continued paying until it was re-rented three months later! We were charged a $300 re-listing fee, $300 re-renting fee (before it was re-rented) Osnt this what the owner pays them to do? A $300 non refundable pet dep. and still had to have the carpets cleaned and exterminated because we had a dog. Isnt that what a pet dep. is used for? Today we received a partial sec. Dep. refund, they deducted $175 for a cleaning fee ****** cleaning not required) We are 60 years old and have rented many places due to the job, we have always left the home in excellent condition and no money has ever been held! You should be ashamed of yourself for being such a disgraceful business man!

    Very unprofessional rental agency. Very rude . If you are moving from out of state please reconsider using ************** We arrived at our rental it was dirty and the air was broken . They had their crew cleaning while we moved in . Very hard to get in touch with and ultimately emailed us and told us to stop calling . Email them only . They are a joke

    Giving **** and his staff one star because zero is not an option. Over the course of undergraduate studies, medical school, and my military career, *** worked with a number of property managers here in the states and abroad. This was BY FAR the worst experience of my life. Homeowners and tenants, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. **** and his team are not to be trusted. They do not care about their clients and will do whatever it takes to save the company money. Our time with Homefront was plagued by ignored phone calls and emails, rude and condescending responses, and outright refusals to answer service requests. To put the icing on the cake, we lost over a hundred dollars on our security deposit for weed removal despite me proving to **** that this was not the tenants responsibility per the details of the lease. His responsewell, shocker, he hasnt answered me in weeks.
