My truck was taken her for a warranty repair paid for by the dealership I purchased my vehicle from, the main service I want to talk about is all my spark plugs were replaced at this business which was covered under dealer warranty and paid for by dealership(I can do the work myself but it was just cheaper to pay the warranty deductible and have everything done) when I tell you a monkey with half a brain cell high on meth could have replaced the spark plugs better Im not over reacting every single coil bolt was over torqued and cracked every bolt down point on both of my valve covers, as well as one of the coils free floating on the plug causing another misfire, I really expected this shop to do better work but at this point my truck is out of warranty (them servicing it and road testing it put it 10 miles over the warranty) and I refuse to take it back Ive already had to bite the bullet and replace one valve cover so far and will be having to do the other in the near future, so yay me out $400 for the pair and hours of my time, all because the employees at this establishment couldnt read a torque wrench right, as well if they saw it had cracked from over tightening they could have told the dealer and had them pay for it, I know my valve covers were not cracked prior to service because I thoroughly inspect my vehicles before and after taking it to shops, and if it was cracked prior to servicing it would have been annotated on the receipt, so as of now I will not be recommending this establishment to others as they cant properly tighten bolts putting myself and my family at risk and I wont refer others out of fear that their lives could be put at risk as well
