BUYERS BEWARE!! Recently bought a home done by this company and it’s been a nightmare. Had multiple electrical issues within the first couple weeks of moving in. We’ve had an electrician tell us this house is a fire hazard and electrical nightmare. It’s been about six weeks now and we’ve had two leaks, causing significant water damage. Most of the drywall tape seams are separating and extremely noticeably through the shoty paint job. We are putting loads of money into a house we thought was move in ready. The buying process was also terrible. He’d say things would be fixed before closing and they wouldn’t. We had to pay for multiple reinspections and estimates because of New Chapter not doing what they said they would. Closing was pushed back several times and then he just wouldn’t answer his phone. All I can say in RUN!! Do not buy a house from this company/man. You will regret it if you don’t burn up on a house fire first.

*****, I am quite honestly shocked and surprised by your review of my company and workmanship. I was more than accommodating during the process. You and your agent submitted a Due Diligence request after you had a home inspection done and all of the items requested, I agreed to address. If you recall, you would not let my subcontractors enter the property to do the agreed upon work. After I contacted your attorney, you finally agreed to let the plumber in to do the necessary repairs. I was working as fast as I could to get the due diligence repairs done to also accommodate your request to close quickly. It was addressed with your agent that we preferred to extend closing so that all of your concerns could be addressed appropriately, also understanding that my subs have other jobs/schedules they were working on as well. I not only agreed to do all items on the home inspection short of a few things -- but gave you a monetary allowance for those additional items to be taken care of by you. I have not once received a single phone call from you or your agent regarding any of these concerns and issues you are referring to. Had you reached out to me I would have been happy to meet with you and address. I have a paid invoice from an electrician showing the repairs were completed. If you had an issue with something that was already paid for you could have reached out, and I could have had the sub come back to address any issues. Your statement that I would not answer my phone is 100% inaccurate as my assistant spoke with your agent on every occasion throughout the process. If you would like to set a time to meet with me personally and discuss the work that I did to the home, please call me directly. Bring a list of your concerns and issues you have had with the house and we can see if any of the work we did needs additional attention. I am happy to rectify anything that may have been in my control. I have been doing this for over 10 years and take pride in the work that I do. I do not get reviews like this for that reason. I am always willing to address any concerns or questions a buyer may have.
