    Had a consultation on 28 Sep 2021 with ************* to speak with her about having microblading/shading done to my brows. The appointment went well and she explained the procedure, pros and cons and how long the appointment would be (3-4hrs). I've the consultation was done she gave me her personal cell phone to call and schedule my appointment when I was ready to get it done. She said I could call or text. The following day, 29 Sept 21 I called ************* on her personal cellphone with no call back or return text. I waited a couple of days to see if she would call or text back because I do realize people are busy. Still no call back or text. So I decided to call and text again on 2 Oct 21 to ask if I should call the establishment to schedule instead. No answer. So I call the establishment in ************, NC to schedule it. The receptionist asked about what I wanted to get done and I told her. She explained it would anywhere to a 3-4 hr appointment with *******. I told her I was told and I understood. So she booked me 19 October at 9:00 am.
    19 October comes around (yesterday) and I called the establishment to inform them I am running just a few minutes late. The receptionist stated that was perfectly okay and they will see me when I got there. Immediately after I hung up ************* called me back and asked what I was getting done today. I told her microblading/shading. She stated she cannot see me because the receptionist only schedule me for 45 min and for a consultation and she had other clients after me. I stated I don't know how that could have been mixed up when the receptionist specifically told me how long the appointment would be. I was beyond frustrated because I took the day off from work and I was already on the way. She made excuses as to why she didn't answer her phone or texts (because of the ******** glitch/ ******* service) This clearly all took place before that ever happened. She also stated that she would have to look at her books because she works another job and there are certain days I can only be scheduled. And that she would have to call me back later in the day. I said okay. The more I thought about it, the more I was frustrated because I found it not to be good customer service. I texted her and told her no thank you and I will take my services elsewhere. She immediately called me back again to offer me a credit on another service. I asked if I could actually get a credit for the service I was actually scheduled for? She said yes. Again, every other excuse as to why this happened. She again stated she would have to look at her books to see when she can get me scheduled and will have to call me back. I said okay. Did she know when she would be calling back? She said she would call back later on the same day. She never called back to reschedule. My question is if I can't get scheduled with a receptionist because they do not know her schedule (not sure why) and I can't get ahold of her to schedule my appointment, then what am I suppose to do? She is the reason this happened in the first place. Her voicemail is even full so you can't even leave a voicemail. I can't even imagine how many other customers are trying to get stuff scheduled. I cannot be the only one. You cannot be the single point of failure when running a business. I suggested to her if you're going to have customers call your personal cellphone to schedule a service then you need to make yourself readily available to schedule those appointments.
