4 starsI hired Southern Leisure to enclose my covered patio and to add an adjacent paver patio. I would highly recommend this company. The administrative staff was very helpful and the workmen were very responsive and professional. We absolutely love our screened in porch. We got the easy breezy windows also. They are amazing. Anyone thinking about getting a screen porch should consider these windows. It is like an all seasons room for us now.I will admit our project started off a bit slow in the beginning with some lack of communication. However, Southern Leisure came through and when the job finally started it was completed in less than 2 days. The workers were professional, courteous and very clean. They kept us posted when they were leaving and when they were coming back. The job was completed very quickly and we are completely satisfied. We have had to follow up calls to see how we like the addition. We've also had our salesman and *** come out to inspect the room and make sure everything was good. 5 starsSLB did a great job enclosing our screened in porch and making it a sun room. The huge windows make the space feel so peaceful and made the view of the backyard/***** more enjoyable. The finished product was way better than expected and much better than some studs, drywall and a few windows that we were going to do. The emphasis was on maximizing the view while minimizing any obstructionsthey succeeded. Well done guys. 3 starsWe contracted with Southern Leisure Builders in May 2023. The company did not start work on *********** until Dec 2023. We made multiple calls to get updates as to when the project would get started. One call I made I indicated that we might not want to wait any longer and the manager proceeded to tell me that I would not get my money back. Never apologized for any delays on their part. The first delay was that they could not find the permit to build. The second was they were waiting on supplies. It was the middle of Dec 2023 before the builders started which was there only Two days. Finally, after the construction resumed in Feb. 2024 we have a finished product. The men constructing the sunroom did a good job but the company has no customer service concerns once they have payments. They never apologized for the delays or offered any monetary compensation for the failure to deliver prompt service. Ten months was too long to wait for service. If they had notified us up front that it would take longer that four months we would have contacted another company. I would not recommend them for any product you want done right away. I would hire Southern leisure builders again if we need any work done. The company came and give. Us an estimate and I week after week sign the work order the company came and conducted the pre-measurement to get it started. When the crew showed up to do the work they were professional and very friendly. Every question I had try give us an answer and did all work to a great result. We are very happy with the results of our screened in porch.Southern Leisure Builders, Inc.

4 starsMy screened in patio turned out great! Recommend them, but ensure you give yourself a couple of months of buffer to get permits and time for everything they need to get done.
