    On 8/29/23 I ordered & paid online but was not given my purchase or a refund to this day. Order was accepted and payment was taken online at 7:04pm on that day. I ordered at 7:04pm and was told to pick up at 7:25pm. I went to store at 7:28 and door was locked and there was a sign on door saying the hours are 11am-7pm due to short staffing. I saw someone sweeping and knocked on window and asked for the mgr. Mgr (Autumn) stated they were closed and refused to help me in any way. She said her registers were closed and she wouldn't do a refund anyways because it was an online order and she never made the subs I ordered. I asked how would I get my food or refund and was told she didn't know, she guessed online, I asked for info and she said she didn't know, that I had to just look up the info myself. She kept stating it's not her problem because I ordered online and that her store didn't get the money. I asked if I would automatically get refunded the money since she said she closed her system down and she supposedly didn't get order before closing and she said maybe but she didn't know. I tried 3 more times on 3 different days to resolve this with her and she never helped at all, just kept saying it wasn't her problem. On the last day I asked again for a refund or to make my subs and she said no because it was days ago and it would mess up her inventory now. I then asked for DM contact name and info and was told she wouldn't give that to me. So I asked her to call him and see what he could do to resolve this for me because I did try to go online and they contact form will not accept this store number that is listed on her sign and online. She refused, then she kicked me out of the store and said I wasn't allowed back because she already told me she wouldn't help me. I immediately went to another store for help. I was told they've heard same complaints, other store opens late, closes early, accepts orders and then shuts down, no refund, no nothing. ISN'T THIS FRAUD?
