    I went to Independence Harley Davidson in *********, ************** and was looking around to see what kind of bikes they had and met some nice people. When I seen a bike that I loved they tried instantly to put me on a **** street glide because it was cheaper than the 2018 street glide that I was wanting. So they ran numbers come back and trying to push the new bike in me still and I told them where I needed to be with payment and when the sales manager got envolved and he realizes that Im not budging that he insults me and wants to know if I could cut out eating ****** 4 days a week so I could afford the bike! So I get up and walk outside in the rain to look at other bikes and cool off so I wouldnt cause a scene and just left. Later I get a call from the guy I was dealing with first and tell him why I left and he apologized on behalf of the sales manager, which at that point had voided the sale of any bike on their property. I will never step foot back in there for anything! Sales Manager name is *******

    Bought a bike for my son on July 1st.The sales manager *************************** showed us the bike selling us on the fact that it was a stage 2 with S&S cams. I got bike home looked into air breather and it was stock. I took the bike back to service department to have them inspect to see if it was a stage 2 and they discovered it was bone stock. ******* admitted he was wrong and gave me a $100.00 gift card to make it right which it did not. The management refused to make the bike right even after I asked them to at least make it a stage 1. ******* then offered me cash out of his pocket on payday to try and make things right and never gave me a dime. This is ridiculous be sold one thing and getting another for the same price. i would not have purchased the bike for that amount if i was not straight up lied to in my face by ******* about work done. I contacted the previous owner and ****** made double what the bike was sold to them for, and they told me there was not enough profit made to make it right. The previous owner did not know what cam or tuner was in the bike so the whole sales pitch on the S&S cam was a straight up lie. Bad business!
