  I found this business on ****** Search. I asked him to come and bid the job which he did, I received the quote and asked him to do the job. I gave him a total of three checks. One for $6,000 on 4/25/2024, one for $7,908 on 5/25/2024 and one for $1,000 on 4/25/2024. To date there has been a number of promises to come do the work. The total time thus far spent on the job is about a day in total. There has been many promises to show and not once has he shown up when he said he would and in several cases not at all with not even a call to say why. To date the excuses he has used for not dong the work is weather, his crew has covid, his brother's medical condition (used twice), eating bad seafood, and he has to go do other jobs. Part of the job quote was to rent a mini bobcat for a week with a charge of $1,700. That piece of equipment was used two times on two different days and sat at my house over night once. He was using it on other jobs. He has left a pike of debris that the city is now threatening me with fines if I don't get it moved. I'm 75 and unable to do it myself so it looks like I will have to hire someone else to dispose of it to meet the city's deadline to ***** this issue. The communications that I have with him often make no sense and are often contradicting what he says in other communications. I suspect that there may be a drug issue here but that is based on his lying, inconsistences, threats toward me, and undependability. I have asked him to return my money because he stated to me that he didn't think it would be in his best interest to continue with the job. I offered him an out of settling for work accomplished which is not much and him returning my money for the difference but he wasn't interested in doing that. I have zero confidence in this man and at this point, I have to wonder what the quality of work would be. He doesn't really have a crew and tries to hire Mexicans or others to come do the work. This experience is a nightmare .

  This customer basically wants work done for free and him and his wife are arguing constantly over the money spent. I have numerous pictures showing all the work completed. ****** day customer **** would get in my face stating I wish I didnt hire you and then proceed to let us work
