I bought his Fresh Look Wellness Program on 6/16/23. The program was to include stool and hair sample lab testing and reports as well as 4 Zoom calls with coaching and recommendations for better health. I did receive my lab results 5 weeks after I mailed the samples. The only thing I received from *** was two Zoom calls. First call was an introductory call outlining the program. The second call was when he read me the lab results provided by the lab. I then tried to buy the recommended mineral supplements. His assistants had a pattern of taking 2-3 days before they responded with my questions. I tried to order a supplement from the website. I sent *** a message saying I was receiving an error message and asked for his help. I provided my login and password I created on 8/1/23. I never received a response. Out of frustration with *** and his assistants, I found comparable products online at a fraction of the price. As a last ditch effort to get a response from ***, I sent him a message on 9/14/23 and didn't receive a response. I then sent another message on 9/21/23 saying I was disappointed that he hasn't contacted me or responded to me. He then suggested I contact his assistant to set up a call. By then, I was disenchanted with *** and his program. I then sent another message on 10/19/23 saying I wanted to opt out of his program for lack of communication and cause. I asked for a $500.00 refund out of my investment of $1,597.00. I consider more than fair. He countered with two options. Having my last 2 Zoom calls or accept a $100.00 refund. Both of which are unacceptable. *** also deleted all of our message exchanged on his NewBill app. I told him that was unprofessional and unethical. I do have screen shots of those with date stamps to support my claims. He is aware of that as well. His wife ******** Newbill is listed as CEO. I sent her a message on ******** and didn't receive a response. I am asking for a $500.00 refund.
