      Solar panels installed way under what was promised. Panels do not work. Can not get anyone to work on them. Electrical all was done poorly and leaked. Inverter and batteries are not able to work correctly. I can not afford to pay for the loan and electrical bill. I did not receive the tax break that was promised in the original sale of the panels.

      **** Solar installed solar panel on the wrong parcel (**********) and they wont remove them. *** reached out to the neighbor showing my proof of ownership, spoken to the ******************* the trust ******* of **** Solar and also spoke to the Generic ******* requesting removal of the panels but no responses received. Panel was installed on parcel ********** instead of ********** without proper permit and approval. Occupancy permit issued was false too.

      I purchased solar panels from Power Home solar a few years ago. i roughly paid $70,000.00 for this. when I purchased this I was lied to about what I would being paying. Since then the company has went under and now my panels are not working and I have no way to get ahold of someone.

      The solar panels were installed in October 2022 by Power Home Solar, LLC (PHS) . In January 2023, there were wiring issues causing inverter faults due to poor wiring installation by PHS. I contacted PHS several times, waiting an extremely long time for anyone to answer, when finally made contact, could get no one to come out and troubleshoot/repair, even though the repair was scheduled, still no one showed. In June of 2023 was told to contact *******, who took over maintenance for PHS. When Sunnova maintenance employee came to the house, I was told I would have to pay for the repair, which I was not going to pay for improper installation repair. I was told to shut the panels down to keep from damaging the system (battery, inverters, etc) until I could find someone to repair. I did not want anything to do with PHS or anyone associated with this business. After searching for a local, reputable business, Earth Right MidAtlantic (5 stars!) came out in August retrenched & reran completely new wiring from the panels to the inverter, costing $1250. I should not have had to pay for the repair, however it was not the fault of this company. I was extremely frustrated with the runaround from PHS / Pink Energy (which took awhile to find out they were now called Pink Energy) and had already spent $62,000 for the panels. Please let me know of any other information needed, as this is my first time ever having such a bad experience with a business. A lot of money was spent for unnecessary trouble and frustration.

      I was sold 26 solar panels because I wanted to invest in alternative energy and be part of the solution of slowing global warming. However, this was the biggest mistake! My $70,000 panels have never worked and I have been literally blamed for buying them by a representative from ******************* After Power Home Solar declared bankruptcy (the company that lied to me) no one is responsible-except me. I was told to speak with Generac, Tech CU, and ******************* they all tell me it's the other organization that needs to assist; seriously, it's so bad I couldn't make this up...Nonetheless, I am expected to continue making monthly payments of $320 (in addition to paying Duke Energy). If anyone has navigated this terrible situation- I ask that you consider providing advice. If we can come together as a group then we have a chance to make things right or at least not continue to lose our credit, money, and sanity. Right now, it's too easy for financiers of Power Home Solar/Pink Energy (such as Tech CU- I never had a voice in who carried the loan) to threaten and bully individuals who trusted what was promised.       Pink energy formally known as Powerhome Solar filed for bankruptcy in September 21 2022 Breach of contract Why am I paying for a service when the company is no longer around?Receiving any type of technical service is nearly impossible.Paying monthly for a service that is horrible and non functional after a tornado hit our area.

      I am filing a formal complaint against PowerHome Solar, outlining several issues that have arisen from my solar panel installation. My hope is that this complaint will bring attention to these issues and facilitate a resolution.Background: In [Month, Year], I engaged PowerHome Solar to install 17 solar panels on my roof. This decision was driven by the promise of cost savings, environmental benefits, and a reduction in my power bills.Issues Encountered:Lack of Response: I have contacted PowerHome Solar with concerns about the installation, yet I have not received any follow-up or assistance in resolving the issues. This lack of communication is frustrating.Inadequate ************* Despite having 17 panels, my cost savings amount to only $20 per month. This falls significantly short of the substantial savings promised during the sales process. As a result, I still face a monthly power bill of over $300.Roof Damage and Leaks: After the solar panels were installed, my roof experienced two separate leaks. While the leaks themselves have been addressed, the interior damage to my roof remains unresolved.Loan Suspension Contemplation: Given the lack of response and inadequate performance of the solar panels, I am contemplating suspending my loan payments to get the company's attention.Legal Action Consideration: With unresolved issues and discrepancies between promises and performance, I am considering seeking legal counsel to understand my rights and explore potential legal remedies.
