Totally misleading and fraudulent sales practices. During the installation the installers cut the propane line and didn't repair it properly and all 500 gallons of the full tank was released into the environment. My local power company put a lock on there electric panel in the off position because the installation did not meet the power companies code requirement. It was 3 months before Power Home Solar now known as Pink Energy would return and correct the problem. Once the system was functioning I was expecting to have little to no bill from my power company. Unfortunately that wasn't the case I litteraly saw no reduction in power draw from the grid. On top of that, the cellular contract I paid for that was good for 29 years that was supposed to provide me with the power output of the solar panels was already unusable because a 3 G card was used but already being phased out rendering my ability to see the monitoring app unusable. In reality in the 4 years of usage I only have had 3 months that my panels actually exceeded my power usage and that was because I was on vacation and turned every breaker off in my electric panel except the ones that ran a pump that kept my basement from flooding. I had even invested in a home energy monitoring system to see if I had something in the house drawing power that may have caused a large electric draw of power. I even contacted the Pink Energy company complaining of the system being under rated. A system that they sold me that was supposed to reduce and supposedly even eliminate my electric bill.

This company installed equipment that has never worked. I have made several calls to LoanPal and GoodLeap for someone to come out to check the system because the system never came on when the power was out. The company that sent repairmen out, never came to discuss the issues or if the system was fixed.A month ago, the power was out for over an hour twice in two weeks. I called GoodLeap to have someone come out to see why the system was not coming on when the power was out. Finally had someone come out, and parts have to be ordered. We asked the repairman how long the system takes to come on when the power went out. We were told it only took 3 to 5 second. The system never has worked, since the power has been out for 15 or more minutes, but the battery has never come on.I am constantly getting harassed by the loan company, GoodLeap even though I have told them the equipment does not work or never worked. The original loan was with LoanPal, then, at some point, was purchased by GoodLeap. I have called to have our system checked as the battery has never come on when the power went out. Payments have been made timely, but we are tired of paying for a system that never worked. GoodLeap called again today for August payment today. I told them I wanted to know when the repairs would be done. They told me I would need to call Sonnovo. I called Sonnovo and they told me the work order to come check the system had been closed because someone had come out. A new work order to have the repairs done would need a new work order. I asked if they would put in that order. They said I would need to call GoodLeap. Called GoodLeap and they wanted to give me the contractor's number. Told them I had already called Sonnovo and they told me to call GoodLeap. GoodLeap said they were just the finance company and could not put in a work order. I have always called LoanPal or GoodLeap for repair assistance, now they are not willing to do anything to get the system fixed.

This company ripped me off and didn't provide service(s) promised. Nor did the product produce or work as it was supposed to or promised to. Really regret getting roped into this and stick with a faulty product.

I live in Central ******** in a small town. . I was approached by a power home solar/Pink Energy salesman and I signed contracts and put solar panels on my home around June of 2020. Ever since the day I have had nothing but problems, never had any energy savings and have a loan for $45,000. I continue to have roof leaks and my unit is not powering my home at all due to equipment issues. I sent a request to my attorney general towards the end of 2020 and I got no support from them. I also have been approached by other solar companies stating that due to the trees surrounding my house in my yard and neighbor's property that I'm losing much efficiency. they also told me that due to the construction of my home that I am not receiving efficiency properly because of The location they are pointing. The salesman convince me that I would save 100% of my energy bill and that I would own my own energy within 5 years. I was told that I would be getting paid monthly due to over consumption of power. If I have a bill of $150 I would save at maximum $30 and then have a loan payment of over $200. Since March of 2023 the unit has not been working at all and has been shut down due to a equipment failure called snap RS. Within the last 2 months I had a repairman from Generac that came out to replace the snap RS and found that there were bare wires inside of the system and had to lock out the system because of the potential shock hazard. The trees around the house are highly interfering with the direct sunlight on my solar panels. The size of my trees are enormous and the neighbor's trees that it would cost thousands of dollars to trim and/or cut down. I was contacted by an attorney out of ******* and they have been struggling to make a difference.

power home solar, llc and pink energy have filled chapter 7 bankruptcy case, and since I am unable to contact a repair man to fix on going issues with the panels, and to this day I am paying a loan for nonfunctioning panels there has to be away as a customer for a repair person to dispatched, or to be refunded 100% money back for broken promise they failed to comply with their responsibility, I am not a unsatisfied customer. They have to be held responsible there actions. I want to be refunded 100% money back guarantee.

Pink Energy designed & installed the solar system last June on our home. It was activated in July 5th, 2022. The salesperson said the solar system would generate enough power to bring our electric bills for JEMC Co.to the cost of the box $30.00. I have been paying on the $69,000.00 loan since then. Plus my JEMC electric bill has only shown an increase and never came down at all. I have received notification from the Bankruptcy Court that Pink Energy has filed bankruptcy. I have 90 days from 12-15-2022 to file a claim with them. After having the system installed and no reduction in my electric bills I tried calling Pink Energy to complain. At no time did I get help from them. I called Generac the battery company in my system. The took a look at the data and my system is insufficient. At the the time of sale the Pink Energy said it would enough. We are upset with the lack of service, the loan of $69,000.00 for a system that is not working plus financial hardship this has created for us. Can you advise if we should get a lawyer and what direction to take.
