We had an unknown leak in our downstairs guest quarters for an unknown length of time. We only found it after the floor gave way. Our insurance adjuster gave us a list of companies to pick from. We chose Pro Environmental because they are local and had good reviews. We couldn't have chosen a better company to work with. We were worried about coordinating between them, a carpenter, painter and plumber. When ***** came, our worries were over. He told us that they would take care of everything and they did. Memorial Day was coming up and we had family coming in but ***** assured us that it would be ready when they arrived. True to his word, it was ready for our company. Once the repairs were made, we were unable to tell that we ever had a leak. I only have high praise for the crew that did the work. They did an excellent job of the repair including matching the paint which was a custom color and making sure everything was as good as the original. I also have high praise for the crew that did the cleanup after construction. Everything (decorations, lamps and accessories) were cleaned and placed back in the position that we had them. The quotes we were given were fair and easy to understand. The total for the repairs were actually less than we had expected. We were totally satisfied with the work and the work performed. ***** and *** were excellent and a real pleasure to work with. Both were very helpful throughout our repair. We are very glad that we chose Pro Environmental for our repairs. We very strongly recommend them for any problem that you may have.
