      On october the twenty sixth At about nine thirty p m or a little before I went into this location ordered my food on the kiosk paid for it with my Card got to the counter was told I didn't have enough money I couldn't have My food and they would refund me within Twenty four hours But it's been almost a week now, and my bank tells me they can't do it because it's already posted and Taco Bell says they can't do it. But I know that me and my two-year-old wouldn't hungry that night because they cleaned out my bank.which may onl be $16.38 but mu two year old ate sleep for dinner that night ad i think ibat least deserve m monney back

      We're very sorry to hear of ********************* experience. Unfortunately, we need more information to properly handle this issue. As ***************** described, she ordered on a kiosk with digital payment at approx. 9:30 on 10/26/23. The image she provided showed a phone image of an order, but the order had no details except for a -$16.38. When an order is charged through the **** it would show a positive number indicating the amount of the charge. A negative number would indicate a refund. 

      The image does not indicate an order number or items in the order, so we have no way to verify and refund a digital order with no details. To try and verify further, we watched video and between **** on 10/26, there was only one kiosk order placed. In that case, they received their items, checked the bag, and appeared to leave satisfied. It's possible we are misunderstanding the date/time, but we have no way to validate this order based on the information provided.

      Lastly, if there were not enough funds to complete the order, then there would be no charges. If ***************** can send us the receipt of the actual order items and ticket #, then we can validate the information and attempt the refund. This receipt would be sent from Taco Bell to her email address during the checkout process of the order. We would also be happy to communicate with ***************** directly at ******************************** or at ************, if that would be more convenient for her.

      On 8/20/2023 at approximately 3:15 PM EST, I arrived at KFC ******************************************************** (drive thru). After a more than 20 minute wait time, I order an 8 pc family meal with large mash potatoes, gravy, ***************** and 4 biscuits which totaled $30.30.After my order was taken, I waited another **** minutes (in drive thru) to get my food. Much to my dismay, when I arrived at my destination (*******, **) only had 2 legs & 3 wings (No thighs or B****** and the Large Mash Potatoes and gravy was also missing.I immediately called ************** and reported the missing items. The lady asked if so wanted to drive back to Uptown ********* (over 25 miles to get the missing items). I expressed how humiliated I was and No I did not want to drive back across town. I trusted them to give me what I paid for the first time! She stated a manager would call me back in 24 hours. I never received a call. So I called corporate **************** and received a case #********. In which they advised I would receive a call in a few days!As of today (8/28/2023) No one has called or refunded my money. This is unacceptable at best! ******* (corporate) couldnt give me any details or names to reference just that she would resubmit the Corporate request again and indicate a full refund because someone should have replied since it has been over a week. I have very little faith that I will receive a return call or the refund, considering its been 8 days!

      On Sunday, July 30th I placed an online order $80.39 worth of food, early that morning. However, my family got sick and I had to cancel it.. I was unable to cancel it on kfc.com and not able to cancel it on the ********************** app. I called the ******** ** store at 10:01am the time they opened to cancel the order. I was told there was issues with their website and I had to call the one 800 number.. When I called the one 800 number it gave me a voicemail so I left a voicemail. Again I called at 10:30 AM the one 800 number and left another voicemail because no one would answer. I called the ******** ********************** again and notify them to not fill the order that we would not be picking that up and they told me they understood and they would not be filling the order , they apologize that they could not cancel it on their end . I called the one 800 number again at 11 oclock and held for 20 minutes and had to hang up. I called again at 11:40 and held for almost another 20 minutes and no answer. I continue calling until I finally had someone answer the phone and they took down all my information and told me that the order would be canceled and my card wouldnt be charged. However, today August 1 my credit card was charged for $80.39. I called the one 800 customer service today and they stated that the order looked active and that they could not refund my money. When I explained the whole situation and told them that I was told it was canceled and also everything that I had to go through in order just to stop the order they put me through to a supervisor. The call took over 30 minutes and then I was told me to wait for an email to find out what the resolution would be but they could not promise anything! How can a company just take $80 from, isnt that theft! I called the corporate number, and the security guard answered the phone - who gave me the human resource phone number which is absolutely no help. Its for their employees.. ORDER# ******** it was canceled hours before and there is no excuse on why it has been so difficult and no excuse on why I was still charged for a food that was never even cooked. I did speak to the employee at the ********************** office in ******** today and he confirmed that the food was never cooked on Sunday after I called and let him know that I was canceling it.

      My order was completed wrong. When I called to speak with staff and explained that I would like the food replaced on a different date due to living 30 minutes out of town they stated I had to bring the original food item. So, to clarify I asked if they wanted me to bring in old rotten food. Assistant manager confirmed stating that people had been coming to get food replaced when they had not even ordered. I stated that I could bring in the receipt but this was not accepted. Staff became angry and hung up. I then called cooperate with a complaint and they had the same individual call me again. I called back as cooperate advised to escalate the complaint since I do not feel that talking to the same rude staff is sufficient. I have now been on hold for an hour. I would now be asking for a replacement of the full meal for my trouble and reprimand for the employee responsible.

      I ordered from KFC in ********* **: ******************************************************************** ** on April 24th at 6:30pm EST, the total for my order was $49.55, my order number was ********. I didnt receive everything I purchased and attempted to contact the store for assistance. The employees working consistently answered and hung up the phone on me, I called 10 plus times trying to reach someone. At this point I tried to get assistance from the KFC website, their virtual assistant kept crashing and didnt offer assistance, I tried to submit a form through their contact me and it wouldnt let me enter any information so I called their corporate number to get assistance. I waited for 20 minutes before a representative answered, they collected my information and said they would transfer me over to someone to process my refund. I waited another 30 minutes and the call hung up on me, so I called again and waiting another 20 minutes for them to send me to voicemail. My issue was never resolved and I never received a refunds for my order.

Unfortunately, as convenient as it is to order through the app and have the food delivered, it does create complications in resolution when unexpected issues arise.       I went through the drive thru around 12:00 PM yesterday. The man at the drive thru was out of it and kept my debit card. He charged me for my meal and the person behind me. When I went to retrieve my card and get a refund processed, I was told they couldn't do anything on their end until the charge wasn't pending. I am not local to this area. I cannot keep coming up here to get this handled in person. They should have began the process or given me cash or a gift card for the total. Nothing was offered. No free meal. No gift card. No refund to the card. "Just follow up when the charge isnt pending" , they are no doubt hoping I will forget and they will just get to keep extra money.

      I placed an order with KFC on September 23, at 6:17 pm. I called to check on the order and the lady told me they were working on it now. It took Door Dash ********************************* They sent me a wrong order! I called and talked to the KFC Manager, and she told me to contact Door ****. I was on the phone for 30 minutes. Talked to chat, they told me that KFC would have to refund me, since they took my money. Door **** tried calling and after multiple outbound call attempts. Door Dash sent them an email. I sent the same email to KFC, and no response. All I want is my refund for $29.16. Never had a problem with a business that took this long to get a refund!

      I drove to the KFC here in ********* ** today to purchase a Chicken dinner. I stood there for 5 to 6 minutes without being acknowledged by the sales people behind the counter. When I asked if I could be wait on. the young woman there rolled her eyes at me. I said I wanted ************* the, clerk Cursed me out, than asking for management, he said he didn't hear her disrespecting me. Than a big fat black man behind the counter proceeded to curse me and as an 81 year old Senior Citizen I asked for the KFC corporate office ?? phone number to file a ************** cursed me out even more talking & began talking about my deceased *********** feet??He told me for no apparent reason he'd call the Cops on me so I asked him to please call the cops, he refused to do that also. I got so ill after no food was purchased by me & no Headquarters number to complain to. I need help as this rude nasty man making me feel so hurt & still hungry at Kentucky Fried chicken. He really defiled & defamed my character as much Elder for no apparent reason.
